This was my first embroidery kit and I was very happy with it. The embroidery floss is included to complete the pillowcases. Actually the quality of the pillowcases is much better than any of the other stamped pillowcases made by others. I found this out subsequently. I have purchased 5 other kits all from different suppliers.
The kit gives you just enough thread to do the project but not extra. Be sure to use 2 strands...separate from the 6 strands so you won't run out of thread.
I only wish Martha Stewart had more of these kits. Great buy as the floss is included and there are 2 pillowcases. I was shocked to find one major craft supplier sold stamped ruffled pillowcases at a more expensive price with no floss and only one pillowcase.
