I'm familiar with Prismacolors, so the markers are what I expect. The problem is that the set comes with NO GRAYS at all. I'm having to buy grays separately, which of course sort of defeats the purpose of having the set all packaged up with nice marker cases... kind of a pain.

Markers were received in good shape and were sealed tight. I did not use the markers for serveral months after receipt of the product. When I began to use the markers they were dried out! I was unable to use the markers for any Christmas projects. I wonder if I received a product that had been sitting in a warehouse for years. I believe this product should have a date on every package that shows the date product was made or a "Best if Used By Date".

Prismacolor is one of the best product I have ever used. There color pencils are amazing and there markers are even better. There some colors that seemed a little useless. I feel like I should have purchased a bigger set. I would have also preferred a thinner tip on the fine point of the marker. Aside from that the colors look great with pen and ink drawings. Just be careful about using fine tip markers because this product has a thick marker that bleeds.

The picture is not what I received and also when I purchased the markers the picture was the same but the item said Copic markers which is what I really wanted since I already have prismacolor markers. What the receipt said after I purchased was prismacolor markers. I will have to use them now and wait to purchase what i really wanted, so I am dissappointed overall.
