Mine came with a box that was unraveling and a chop that was broken as well as the paint cup..I sent them a message with NO responce..that is why I give this product a 1 on a scale of 10.

The seal paste (stuff in red) was of lower quality, but it is useable. By lower quality I mean student level, it is more of an ink cake than a paste, but it works for stamping on artwork and what not. The stone is just a regular stone, nothing terribly special about it, it's just a regular quality soapstone. mind you that I am comparing this product with professional products. for example, a quality seal paste would cost 2-4 times as much as this whole set, and a quality seal stone could cost 3-??? times as much as this entire set.. But I would not condemn this set to be something that would be inferior to use as one's own official seal/art seal.

I really like Chops. I liked to make them using white erasers and have an extensive collection that I have used for many years. Then I decided I wanted to try to make a Chop using soap stone and did that. I liked the Chinese Chop set.
