...but having never received mine, I can't tell you firsthand whether it's one to purchase or one to pass on. I don't want to penalize the product rating just because I never received mine I also don't want anyone else to stumble across the same unfair practices. Surprising, actually I buy quite a bit from Amazon and this is the first item I ever had an issue with that wasn't resolved incredibly quickly.
I may try to find one locally, as the brush does seem to be a good deal. My interest is whether the bristles fall out easily so if I had received this brush, you would be reading a review detailing whether the bristles stay in the brush (or come off on your project), how sturdy the ferrule is, and how well this brush fits the hand (the comfort level). Since I didn't receive it, you're instead reading a review about how crummy it is to pay for something and wait for it to arrive, only to be disappointed when it isn't included in your order.
