Bucilla Stockings always please. If an individual follows the step by step directions, the end product looks very professional. They take about a month for me to make but I go at it very slowly. I usually do the sequin work and embroidery work at the beginning in a day or two then assemble it according to Bucilla's step by step directions. I have made many of these over the years. I find that the "extra" beads and sequins and extra thread are not as generous as Bucilla used to be. Fortunately, if I run short of something, I have extras from stockings made in the past. If a person is careful, I don't think there will be a shortage of materials.

You can always rely on Bucilla kits to be easy and complete. I only buy Bucilla. I made my first Christmas Stocking in 1968 and have made them for my children, their spouses and children. This one was for my new grandson-in-law and next year I will be making one for a first great-grandchild. I also have made many other Christmas items.
