Don't know how they can sell this item. It is all screwed up. It doesn't have the double sided base in order to put the grommets together, so you have the cutter, the setter but no double sided base. It even says it has it on the back of the package & tells you how to use it in the instructions. Also it says it is a 1/2" & a 1" hole punch but a 1" & a 1-1/2"setter. Confusing.

I've been scrapbooking for over 10 years and I love this tool, I use the black to pound the holes and the silver to pound the grommets on and it works fine. If you've never used this tool you use the black to make the hole by using a hammer or something to pound on the black to make a hole in your project and then use the silver with a hammer to pound the grommet on your project. I love the look, the holes are big enough to put small pictures in or a different color paper, fabric, glitter, ect. I also like the fact that there are the different sizes you can use and different styles in the large grommets.

No Instructions Included It would be so nice but the kit is straightforward enough I think I can do fine anyway.
