The markers show up great on the chalkboard. However, my chalkboard is painted with chalkboard paint. The markers stain the chalkboard unless it is wiped off with a wet towel right away.

I bought these to write on my glass spice & storage jars. Even after several days the marker will still come off on your fingers when its touched. I also tried Crayola window markers they came off also but were less than half the price of these. They may work for your purposes... just don't use them on anything that will be touched.

I love these markers. I use them on DCWV ALL CHALKED UP PAPER AND they looked awesome. I used the negative part of letters I printed to write on the paper. Worked great, especially the black paper.

Four colors, two of them too dark to use in a blackboard. The white lasted only 4 days. Not worthy.
