These look great on jean shorts! One thing I noticed is that they tarnished after I bleached shorts, but I think any studs with nickel finish will do that. Will buy again!

they came quickly, were in good condition, and were and affordable price. I got exactly 100 studs and they look great on the shorts that I studded. to be honest, I wasn't exactly sure how big 3/8" was, so for those who are like me, it's smaller than a dime and about the size of my fingernail. I don't know if that size comparison helps much, but I hope it does. I would definitely recommend these studs for anyone that wants to add a little something extra to a piece of clothing

I read about this product in a recent issue of Model Railroader magazine. So did everyone else b/c when I tried to order it every merchant was sold out. I finally got it and it totally lives up to my expectations. Very easy to apply and control; produces a very pleasing effect.

Downsides:

It's expensive. The package contains a lot of product. Several lifetimes worth. The individual pans could be half the size and the retail price reduced somewhat.

The prepackaged kits do not contain enough variety of color to allow the use of one kit for basic needs. This kit contains many subtly different shades of gray/black which a basic modeler may not have the need for, and yet it contains no rust-like colors which would be very useful in combination with a few shades of gray/black.

If you know which colors to get you can buy them individually which is probably more cost-effective unless you want all of these colors at once.

I use these for weathering in model railroading. Though I use a fixative that is specific for pastels (Blair Matte Spray Fix), the pastels will still be altered. The lighter you applied the pastel the more it will "disappear" when fixed so you may loose that beautiful subtle effect you had achieved.

When weathering static structures (buildings) this is no problem and they do not have to be fixed. However on my engines and rolling stock that may be handled it may still be advisable to fix the pastel. (However you must admit touching up pastel weathering is crazy easy)

This brush keeps a good load and allows good tip control. I wish I had found the sooner. The only thing they could improve is a more contoured handle. Better than Winsor Newton.

Cheap Inkadinkado Café Wood Stamp Set

Despite the outrageously growing prices for stamps and srapbooking supplies in general, these stamps are worth it in the long run. I adore the cafe scene, and each individual stamp is suitable for a variety of other purposes in addition to being used all together. This helps justify spending 15$ on stamps that are no bigger than 3" x 3" -which is why it missed on the last star. On that note, pay attention to the sizing information. They, unfortunately, have to be this small so that they can all fit together on one card. However, the details on each stamp, no matter how small, are excellent.

I haven't had a chance to use my Inkadinkado Cafe Wood Stamp Set but I am glad I purchased it and I am looking forward to using the stamp set on my cards and in scrapbooking.

Besides the obvious use for art, these are great for introducing math skills such as greater and lesser than, numer sense and addition and subtraction stories. I'm sure there are still many uses I haven't thought of! Oh, using to mark cards multiple sets of flash cards for use in any subject. This is my first watercolor paint set. Frankly its just plain really cool. Setup is simple, open the box, set the pallet on the left or right side. fill pen with water screw on brush head. Paint. Thumb loop on the bottom is comfortable for left or right hand orientation. The color selection is ample enough to satisfy most of my needs so far. The paints are bright and vibrant. The water brush is a real joy to work with, its really quite versatile you can do washes or finer line work with it. One load of water in the brush is definitely enough to paint a whole 5x8 picture with ease. The box is solid and the hinge mechanism seems sturdy. Sized right to fit into cargo pant or jacket pocket. Matches really well with a Moleskin or Canson watercolor sketchbook. Another great feature is the cap for the pens water reservoir and cover for the brush tip. The cap allows you to store the filled reservoir without constantly saturating the brush head. All in all this is a really nice product. For me its been the perfect little introduction to watercolor painting. Id recommend this to anyone who's got the slightest inclination to try out painting. Its so delightfully simple to use, you cant help but have fun with it.

I travel with a watercolor box and a small watercolor paper block on most of my business trips to feed the amateur painter in me while I am working. Those spontaneous creative moments relax me. This paint kit makes that easy. All the watercolors are of the famous high quality Winsor & Newton brand. The top is designed to be a mixing palette. There is a collapsible paint brush included in the kit which I don't like so much, so I take my own. My grandkids like to see the pictures I paint and the stories that go with them. Once I painted a quick picture of my dinner and gave it to the restaurant owner in Italy; went back a year later and she had framed it! Wow, I'm famous! Yeah, right....

Instead of crisp, clear images, they were smudgy using the stamp press. Even the outline edges of the stamps were made visible in the finished product. I no longer use the stamp press, but I do use the stamps when I need to create my own sentiments, etc. It is a bit tedious getting all the letters lined up properly, so I don't use it ofter.

I wish I looked up the reviews before I purchased this stamp kit. If I could go back in time, I'd tell myself not to buy this and save myself the $30. I tried using this kit on 3 separate occasions, but I've just given up. Now I stamp by hand using the stamp block it comes with.

Pros: comes with lots of letters to create phrases

Cons: a lot of adjustments are required to ensure each letter stamps clearly and legibly; time consuming; does not come with a storage kit for the letters

The markers show up great on the chalkboard. However, my chalkboard is painted with chalkboard paint. The markers stain the chalkboard unless it is wiped off with a wet towel right away.

I bought these to write on my glass spice & storage jars. Even after several days the marker will still come off on your fingers when its touched. I also tried Crayola window markers they came off also but were less than half the price of these. They may work for your purposes... just don't use them on anything that will be touched.

These clay cutters are truly darling! However, they are much smaller than I thought they would be! The largest cutter is appoximately 1.75 inches tall, the medium cutter is just under 1 inch and the smallest is about .75 inches. I was going to use the smallest cutter for earrings, but it is nearly impossible to tell that it is a snowman. The medium size is marginal. I used the larger cutter to make a pin. I used texture sheets to decorate the snowman with snowflakes, cut out a hat with the cutter and decorated it with the star texture sheet and then embellished. It came out very well. The other two just don't seem very worthwhile.
