I really like Gutermann thread, I just wanted to highlight that I ordered the Dark Gray Color and once it arrived it looked much more like a very dark navy blue to me. So just keep that in mind if you're interested in a "true gray" – you might want to go with another color name.

I've purchased Gutermann thread before and it is a great price for the quality. The product arrived, and it is such a dark green that it almost looks black in some light. I'd hardly say that it is "khaki," but rather "dark green" or "forest green." I'll probably return this.

I bought this thread to sew cloth diapers because I had heard that its best to use 100% polyester thread to avoid wicking. Many diaper sewers online recommend Gutermann for the high quality over other brands. I do think this good quality thread, but I've yet to see why it is so much superior to other brands of 100% polyester all-purpose thread that are often a little cheaper. Anyway, the thread is good and I like the color.
