What a nice surprise! You can't tell from the product picture, but these don't have the cutting ridge right at the edge of the die, just like Spellbinders' dies. So there is a little lip that can emboss the edge of the shape, which I think makes a more finished look.

I was so excited to receive this in such a sort amount of time! 15 dies in graduating sizes and the price it great. I am finding that the scalloped edge on the smaller dies isn't a very deep scallop. More like a wave than a scallop. I feel that it will probable still be OK for my projects.
