I got these to use for various projects with my toddler. The product itself is good the colors are nice, and stay bright when mixed with a fair amount of water/play dough/vinegar (we make "colored fizz" with this and baking soda/whatever.
However, they are not truly washable they've stained several surfaces in our kitchen and nearly all of the bottles started leaking after one or two uses, so they get pretty messy.
They're good enough that I'll probably keep using them, but I'll look for a different brand the next time I buy.
