These needles are packaged individually by size in resealable plastic bags. They are smooth to the touch and seem to be of very good quality bamboo. Even the thinnest needles, size 0, appear quite sturdy if handled properly. The value is incredble for 15 sets--you cannot be that!

Very reasonable price for an excellent selection of needle sizes: these are smooth enough to work with easily for a relative like me, but also seem sturdy (I haven't used the smallest size, but have used the US 2's, which didn't warp or bend). It is also nice that they are marked with both US standard size and millimeter measurement, which are burned into the wood and so should stay visible even after a lot of use.
