these broke in our first class with them I hope to have this issue resolved with company I have never had this happen with other brands.

You can not use this product with any of the other felting tools. You must purchase a special needle holder, that is made by Deminsions. I don't like that.

I understood that the needles broke easily so I got the replacements to have on hand in case one broke but I haven;t needed one yet. I think if you use the needle punch the ay you're suppose to you won't need them. just didn't want to be in the middle of a project and have a needle break and bring it to a standstill .

Pay attention to what your holder looks like as you take it apart. There's a spring in there so remember where it goes. Other than getting the spring in the wrong place, there's not much to go wrong with replacing a busted needle. I was back at felting in a matter of minutes. The needles were identical to the original needles. They are very sharp, so keep your fingers out of the way. Felting is fast once the needles are in the holder.
