This is the most useful gadget I've ever owned. I ended up ordering about five of them so I can keep one with each project, one just 'lying around," and one in my weaving-shop. You can also go to their website and order all the accessories, in case you lose any of them.

All of the tools are in a nice compact case but i was a little disppointed about the quality of some of them. The scissors would not open easily and the clipper on the side is extremely difficult to use. The other tools work well and are good to have. I replaced the stitch markers with some more substantial ones I had. It is great that I can just pick it up and go when I want to take a project with me and I plan on using it often.

I asked for this Knit Kit as a holiday gift and was excited to receive it. I like to knit/crochet on the go, and thought this would be perfect, as I am constantly forgetting the little things like stitch markers or tapestry needles. I like the idea of having everything in one little kit, but I have to say, the quality of these tools is REALLY low. The stitch counter constantly sticks and messes up the count, the crochet hook is really difficult to use, as it's angled to snap into the case, and the measuring tape does not pull out or retract easily. I expected a much higher quality product, especially for the price. I do like the folding scissors, but will probably just take those out and put them into a kit I make myself.

I ordered this because I thought it was a cute novelty. It is now within my reach every time I'm knitting! I have used each item often. The only problem is that I can't get the little blade to open up but the scissors are great for clipping. I highly recomend this to knitters and crocheters alike.

I have been a knitter for many years and have nearly every accessory imaginable, but this kit is a great find. I never have to hunt for any little parts I might need while knitting everything is right there, ready to grab and go. You can size a needle, measure your work, cut yarn, stitch markers are right there with your row counter, etc. Very handy for travel, but I use it all the time at home as well. The little folding scissors worked well in my kit; I would not cut out fabric for a dress with them, but that is not their intended purpose. It is fun to see how neatly everything is so compactly integrated in one palm size unit. Get one for all your knitter friends, they will love it!
