I do a lot of hand-crafted greeting cards for fundraisers for various charities, and I'm always looking for something a little "different."

I love this stamp set! Most of my cards are of the "thinking of you" variety, as it works for so many occasions (sympathy, get well, "hello," etc.). The flowers in this set are nice size, and the two individual flower "heads" layer beautifully with a tab of foam tape in between for a dimensional effect.

I use Gelatos to color the stamps, mist lightly with water, and then stamp, giving a slightly watercolor effect. I line up the die and secure with a bit of washi tape (or painters tape) before running through my Sizzix Big Shot, and get good results every time.

Very happy with these! They're already getting a good workout.

All of the tools are in a nice compact case but i was a little disppointed about the quality of some of them. The scissors would not open easily and the clipper on the side is extremely difficult to use. The other tools work well and are good to have. I replaced the stitch markers with some more substantial ones I had. It is great that I can just pick it up and go when I want to take a project with me and I plan on using it often.

I asked for this Knit Kit as a holiday gift and was excited to receive it. I like to knit/crochet on the go, and thought this would be perfect, as I am constantly forgetting the little things like stitch markers or tapestry needles. I like the idea of having everything in one little kit, but I have to say, the quality of these tools is REALLY low. The stitch counter constantly sticks and messes up the count, the crochet hook is really difficult to use, as it's angled to snap into the case, and the measuring tape does not pull out or retract easily. I expected a much higher quality product, especially for the price. I do like the folding scissors, but will probably just take those out and put them into a kit I make myself.

I ordered this because I thought it was a cute novelty. It is now within my reach every time I'm knitting! I have used each item often. The only problem is that I can't get the little blade to open up but the scissors are great for clipping. I highly recomend this to knitters and crocheters alike.

I have been a knitter for many years and have nearly every accessory imaginable, but this kit is a great find. I never have to hunt for any little parts I might need while knitting everything is right there, ready to grab and go. You can size a needle, measure your work, cut yarn, stitch markers are right there with your row counter, etc. Very handy for travel, but I use it all the time at home as well. The little folding scissors worked well in my kit; I would not cut out fabric for a dress with them, but that is not their intended purpose. It is fun to see how neatly everything is so compactly integrated in one palm size unit. Get one for all your knitter friends, they will love it!

As an recent convert to encaustic painting, these oil sticks offer an incredible and easy way to sketch color onto a work. I have also worked using a pallatte knife. Colors are wonderfully saturated, the opaques are rich, the translucent colors are rich and vibrant. I have also used these oil sticks in some of my multi media work. They create an interesting spread when used on transfer paper (which I transfer on to paper, and cannot vouch as to how they work on fabric or other media). I bought the two sets Opaque and Translucent simply to test them. I'm hooked. I will continue to buy the colors I work with.

I bought two sets of these needles. It took a while to get to me, but they arrived safely and complete. I have used size 7 and 6 so far. I'm very pleased with how they perform. The wire is flexible and has some sort of coating over it. Stitches slide across the cable and needles easily. Overall, these would be a great asset to knitters of any level.

I usually use the acrylic paints that are sold in the bottles but I wanted to try this out. The set is very nice but doesn't come with the palette knife. Also, some of the paints were really dry and that is why this didn't get five stars. All in all though, I really like this set and I especially love the pencil and eraser that comes with it. I've found that with other pencils and erasers, there is evidence of erasing on the painted item. Not so with this. Also, the wooden case is very nice and the price was great. I do like this but I think I prefer the other acrylic style paints. Time will tell more though since I'm just learning more about this particular acrylic type. I recommend this for a beginner and advanced painter as well.

They blended well with the mediun, and they also cut to a good wash. there was amply supplies in the case and it make it easier to set up a work space. Fore being a novis at this kind of mediun, i would get this brand again.

Nice, but not much paint. The instruction book is also very brief. The brushes seem to be glued together with water solvable glue too, because two of them came apart with the first use. Nice box though!

I absolutely love these bags. I wish the order had more included, I will order more. They're great for keeping one project separated from the others. I usually have two or three things going at once. I keep the yarn crochet hook and pattern all together. I also add notes to the bag as to who it's for, where on the pattern I left off. This is really helpful when I leave something for awhile. I was using plastic gallon size baggies, but they're never large enough, nor do they hold up. These mesh bags are sturdy and the snaps keep them closed securely. I expect both to last a good long time, plus they keep everything clean.

instructions tell you to adhere it to your mat paper first. it still slips off the edge of the photo from time to time. with today's cutters, it's faster to measure your rectangular/square photos, add double the mat edging you want and cut to size. this product is best suited for oddly shaped or sized photos. so, it definitely has a use, but it's utility depends on your needs.

My friends and I used these disks at a scrapbooking retreat a few weeks ago. We made a number of "shadow" backgrounds for our scrapbooking items. They were easy to use and won't warp or crack like plastic.

I loved this product, but the gold starts to fade of course. I would recommend polishing the gold pieces with clear fingernail polish because it will most likely fade over time. I think the product would of been better without the Hello Kitty because it throws everything off. All-in-all, this was a great product and I would recommend it.

This was such false advertising!!! There are only 24 colors when it says 48 on the front of the package! I can't understand how something can say it has 48 soft pastels and have that possibly translate into only 24 of them. I had no choice and could not return it because it was going to be an art gift that I needed--but this was embarrassing when we all realized there are 24 colors and the package says there's 48. I only gave this a 1 because I couldn't give it a zero. I am NOT happy with this at all right now!!!!

I love this easel!!! I live in a very small house and it "lives" under the dining room table in between meals and other projects and is always handy the minute I want to get back to work on my painting. I was a tad nervous about this since it was fairly inexpensive compared to some I had found on art supply websites. I was very pleased when I got it and it was nice! Great handle to carry it around clips to keep everything in place. Because it is unfinished wood the drawer and parts don't move all that smoothly but that is to be expected. I like that it is wood. The paint brushes were pretty cheesy but that isn't why I bought this they are kind of just a bonus. They could be good for modge podge or something that doesn't require a nice brush.

I love this. It has drawers for my oils and brushes. The drawer locks so nothing falls out. It locks down on my canvas and holds it still even when I brush hard. It isn't the best wood but, it is a wonderful easel and works perfectly.

we have this set in the tangled version. it is great! mess free & keeps them buys for hours. i do suggest tearing pages out for painting & hanging them up as soon as the kids a re finished painting them. the paint tends to stay tacky for a while. we have 4 pages that are now one because she just flipped the page when she was done & moved on to the next page. this is not really a problem just a little aggravating if they are making pictures for a family member. i recommend this product to everyone!

In looking at other reviews, I was prepared for the product to be more like gel than paint; and understood that giving it to a two-year-old was a risk I was taking on myself.

Overall, my son LOVES painting with this stuff. I just have to be sure to grab the paper when he's done to blot off the excess and hang his "masterpiece" to dry.

My main complaint about this, is that the color of the "paint" is only on the lid of each container. My son likes to open all of the lids and then go wild painting. But there's no way to be selective in color choice. I think this takes away from the "creative" experience as he is blindly slapping gel on paper rather than selecting from, reinforcing the colors he is learning in school.

I know my kid isn't Picasso, I just don't see why they can't put a color dot on the bottom so when you look in the container, it shows the color through the clear gel. Just sayin'.

Bought these as a spare set until I can find my Boye needles. They arrived promptly. The larger sizes look and feel sturdy. They're plastic so I wouldn't get too rough and tough with the smaller sizes. Great value for such a large variety. As a side note, love the colors.
