These high quality scissors are an excellent embroidery tool. They allow you to get in close to the design to cut loose thread. I also find that the 4-inch blade is the perfect length for this task. I paid a super price and received excellent service.

I ordered these scissors a little over a month ago and am very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone who does a lot of sewing or embroidery work. They really make trimming up your embroidery work in those tight spots a breaze.

these scissors have a nice, sturdy, heavy feel to them that I really like. They cut smoothly and don't wobble or feel like they're going to fall apart. That said, I wish I'd gotten straight embroidery scissors. I thought these would be handy for trimming seams and getting into tight spots, but I find that they just have me cutting more often and leaving what looks like bite marks where I'm trimming.

I consider this a limitation of my choice and not of the product, so I still gave it 4 stars

Pros -

Very sharp and cut very tight.

Cons -

Don't expect too much on the cover that came with. My other Gingher has a nice plastic cover, this one is a little leather tip cover only. :(

These scissors are just what the doctor ordered if you are a machine quilter. The strings that show on the back of the quilt are easy to remove with this type of scissors.
