I can not tell you how disappointed I am in this product. There was an issue with each and every tool. The wire cutter would not cut a 20 gauge wire, so I tried a 24 gauge, and it still would not cut. Every single pliers is calibrated so poorly that the head is not aligned correctly and the handle has too much wiggle room to be effective. I still have my beginner economy tools, my medium grade tools and one Lindstrom pliers, and I was hoping to use these for travel and for a child I'm teaching, but sadly, not one tool is usable, even as an emergency back-up tool.

they really are tiny. no more than 3 inches long maybe a bit less. i would have gotten a bigger set if i had known how small they actually are. they are well made though. ive cut 14 gauge copper wire with the cutters, don't think they could handle much thicker unless it's silver or a similarly soft metal

A set of these pliers is a must for any small to miniature job. Can't count how many times these have come in handy around the house. For tiny detail work they are really great.All the metal surfaces are are so tight that you can barely see the seems between one piece of the tool and another. The spring action is perfect as well. The way that these have been designed should make them last almost forever. The spring system is very clever and I can't imagine how they could ever fail, or even become less functional for that matter. I love 'em!
