i bought these paintbrushes because i had a last-minute project to complete for a class, and they did the job. they are not high-quality though; you get what you pay for. it drives me nuts when paintbrushes leave loose hairs on my work, and these definitely do that!

good in that i recieved them in less than two days, for 10$, but they are very cheaply made, bristles started coming off during first use.

once i received brushes i was sort of discourged because there wasn't a cloth carry case (HOLDER) as was shown on item when i purchased it. i figure for the price, i can live with that, but for purchase price and shipping price i can buy a better grade of brushes at walmart.

Having read what others said about bristles coming off I immediately ran all brushes across my hand to remove loose bristles. This did the trick I have painted 3 models for my train layout and have had no problems with loose bristles. I have even trimmed some of the brushes down to smaller sizes and they are all just what I needed for the type of painting I'm doing. I have even used some for gluing projects and they worked fine with no bristles left behind.

These just arrived for a Christmas present. If it didn't cost so much to send them back, that is exactly what I'd do. These should sell for a dollar at a dollar store. And the "Also include a 10-cup w/ thumb hole palette" is not included. Shame on me for not reading the previous reviews.
