I got my presser foot very quickly and it was in good shape, however, no instructions were included in the package. Luckily it is not difficult to figure out, but still a picture or small note would have been great! Also, the package was a simple padded envelope. Very lucky that the presser foot was not damaged during shipping.

Do note that this product is only the guide, not the walking foot as well. The guide helps me with my quilting and helps keep my stitching nice and straight.

Not at all what is pictured, I only got a guide, not a presser foot, no I would not recommend it, would send it back but it would cost almost as much to send back as the cost of the product.
