These are the best ribbon punches ever. I put them into a spring loaded eyelet setter, and voila, I can make a ribbon slot anywhere! It is so quick and easy. It's one of my favorite tools when making greeting cards. The various widths means I'll make a slot the size I need. I love it.

It does exactly what it should do; creates a variety of slots. Not everyone has an application or a use for this tool, but I've come up w/ some creative ways to use it. I think it's great!

The 5/8 inch punch that is included with this kit would have been perfect to meet my needs, which is to thread ribbon through two slots and tie a bow for wedding programs. Of course, the 5/8 inch punch is the only one of four that will not punch through my cardstock. After hammering about 10 times, I can only get a partial cut with an impression of the cut. After several attempts, I failed to get one clean punch. I am going to try to contact the Making Memories company for a replacement.

I tried hammering and it would not cut through either paper or cardstock, so I bought the tool for punching it out and it still doesn't work. Very disappointed.

This is a great tool. So much fun to use. Makes slots perfectly. May take a couple punches to get it done, but it does it very well.
