Georgian oils are above average student-grade paints and are good enough to be used by professional artists for underpainting, sketching, etc. If you are just learning to paint, or even just on a budget, this is one of the better choices available others are Winsor & Newton Winton Oils and Grumbacher Academy Oils have also heard Blick student grade and VanGogh (which is Rembrandt student grade) are very good. There is, however, an issue with this particular listing, and I have noted the same issue with other listings by the seller Artstar and related sellers i.e., although this listing has a picture of the Daler-Rowney 10 tube set, the description specifies a 6 tube set. The 10 tube set typically sells for around $18 to $22 and are carried at that price by Walm**t, but the 6 tube set sells for a lot less. If this type of error only appeared in one ad by this seller, I'd say chance, but it appears in several which may indicate a deliberate ploy to sell cheaper products for the price of more expensive ones. I have reported this to Amazon we will see if it actually gets corrected.
