I purchased these needles to use in place of stitch holders. The cords are a little bit thicker than other circulars on the market but pose no problem and yarn slides OK. The needles are very good quality and are comparable to other bamboo needles on the market. I own the 6" set of double points offered by Excel Craft and am very pleased with them. Like the laser etched needle sizes. The vendor is also very helpful and accommodating great customer service. Will be buying more needles from Excel Craft in the future.
