As an avid drawer, I have gone through a lot of sketchbooks. I've experimented with size and paper quality, and I must say, these are the greatest! The color is not a vibrant red like the picture shows but rather a burgundy. They are lightweight and easy to carry along! The paper quality is also nice for the price.

I love these. I love taking notes, making lists, journaling... anything that involves capturing thoughts, ideas, and information. These books are PERFECT for keeping everything organized in one spot a different book dedicated to a different concept/plan/category of ideas. They are very light and don't take up much space which is very handy as I seem to be acquiring an on-going collection. The quality is fantastic. The cover is a nice thickness and the paper is really nice. I love writing with colored Sharpie pens and I haven't had any problem with bleed-through. The stitched binding has held up well I drag these things everywhere. Overall, a wonderful product. Paired with a great pen, Moleskine makes writing enjoyable. If you want a sketchbook, the paper is thin, so don't be disappointed. I use this for free writing and language studies. I thought there would be lines in this... be careful when you pick it out if you are looking for lines.
