The ruler is what I need to make mitered borders on the quilts I make. I had to borrow a friends ruler and I don't want to have to do that again. I like Marti's other products and I knew this was one I would be happy to have. My friend had a different maker and it is not nearly as nice as this one. I would recommend any of Marti's products.
