The brush holds paint without absorbing it. Cheap paintbrushes soak up the paint and hence require more strokes and paint. Not with this brush. One stroke does it. Also, this brush cleans easily and retains its shape. After multiple uses it's still the best brush I own, so I will definitely buy more of them in various sizes.
