This is the perfect set of true, rich bright primaries....not only are they the perfect shades for painting, but are also perfect for mixing...

The only draw back I have found is the yellow is a bit weak. It doesn't hold its own, lack the rich depth of the other colors, and comes off transparent and sometimes lacking even after many coats (yellows are tough anyway!!!). Super easy fix I use is mix it with some white....it doesn't give you a pastel (unless you use a lot of white) just more coverage and boldness.

I ALWAYS use more white, so I did buy a large bottle of white as well. However next time, I will also get the large bottles of the red, blue, and yellow next time...oh and a HUGE bottle of white (I am sure I will need more by then). This is my fourth pack of these colors...GREAT DEAL!!!
