Couldn't be easier. Hung 3 very large fish mounts on 200 y.o. Plaster wall with nary a problem. All you need is a hammer andboff you go. Have since hung 2 large mirrors without difficulty.

Wife and I moved into a new place and I was procrastinating about putting up all our frames because I always have a PITA time of doing it using our pile of Wal-Mart hooks. Wife was worried about a few of our big frames so I did my usual solution to every problem in life and hopped on Amazon. Grabbed these hooks and got them 2 days later.

I don't even know how to write a review about hooks, since I usually work with technology. That said, I can't imagine any hooks being easier to use than this. They had little padded backings on the back to protect the wall, and 2 little nails that are solid, have substantial heads for hammering, and hold fast.

I loved the fact that it used a twin nail design. It made it so much easier to hold the hook exactly where I wanted it before securing it into place.

Not sure what else to say about these other than, if they hold up for as long as we're here, I know exactly what I'm getting for our next place.

Ook hangers are the best for hanging framed artwork on the wall. The nails are easy to hold and insert (and especially to remove!) since they have knurled heads. The nail itself is a bit narrower than less expensive picture hangers, so it damages the wall less on insertion and leaves a smaller hole on removal. In addition, the hanger itself has a hole precisely the right size for the nail (as opposed to typical cheap hangers with a space much larger than the diameter of the nail) so it holds it securely in place at the optimal angle while the nail is being hammered into the wall. That also helps minimize damage to the wall. Ooks are easy to use, securely hold the artwork and don't damage the wall. On removal, they leave a small, inobtrusive hole without surrounding cracked or chipped paint. These are the only wall hangers to buy!
