Winsor & Newton Soft Pastels- Set of 24 Assorted Colors Review
This product is the find of the century. Pastels (the good ones) are VERY expensive as a rule. The Windsor and Newton soft pastel is not quite the same quality of the Sennalier pastel, but for the price, it is the best you can expect. The color assortment is fabulous with no duplication of hue.
