I got this because I wanted to start painting and didn't feel like spending a lot of money on fancy tools I didn't know how to use. It comes with a 10 page canvas which was surprisingly AMAZING to paint on. The brushes however, are not that great and are difficult to use because of how hard some of them are. One thing to keep in mind though if you're going to purchase this: make sure you get special oil to clean your brushes with. Water won't do and the paint will remain on your brushes. Overall good product especially for the price.Mine arrived with frazzled brushes, and were unusable, a shame as the rest of the set was just OK. Found cheaper sets at Walmart.
