This item states there are three rows of acrylic rhinestones, but there are no rhinestones at all. There are three rows of depressions where rhinestones should be I'm very disappointed in this product.

A little disappointed with product because it was not as shiny as I thought it would be, probably because it had a black backing instead of silver, none the less it worked for my daughter"s wedding cake and looked elegant against the bright purple ribbon.

The rhinestone ribbon was exactly what I needed for my niece's graduation cake to give the essence of bling. I wouldn't necessarily use these for a super formal wedding cake, but for other uses they would work. The ribbon was flexible (not stiff) and easy to use. The price was great compared to that of similar products sold at my local chain craft store.
