Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program If you use stamps to create backgrounds and borders, you will love the Inkadinkado Stamping Gear Deluxe Set. This set has everything you need to create oval, circular and corner designs, as well as original patterned papers and medallions/mandalas. It includes 18 rubber cling stamps in 4 different styles, so they can be mixed and matched to create a plethora of designs. (Other Inkadinkado cling stamps may also be used.) The designs are done with any of the 4 gears included along with the paddle stamping block, which are used in a way that is reminiscent of the classic "spirograph" drawing system. The stamps included may also be used alone to create accents or to create/enhance drawings. There is an instructional brochure included which is very helpful. However, I highly recommend that the user practice on a scrap piece of paper before the actual application, to enhance skills and work-out visualized designs. My only complaint is that the packaging was designed in such a way that it makes it very difficult to store the parts after opening it and some of the design ideas printed on the packaging may be destroyed.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Inkadinkado... what a name! This well-made stamping set has everything one needs to create colorful custom projects. Fun for the whole family here. Circular and ovals can be created using the 'gears' and the eighteen stamps supplied. Or, you can use the beautiful patterns individually. Dress up a greeting card and envelope with the stamps. If there aren't enough patterns in the kit, more can be purchased. An endless supply of creativity! Perfect for scrapbookers! This is a well made product. The only drawback is that the stamps and gears cannot be stored in the colorful package unless you take the time to carefully cut the plastic 'bubbles' in a way that they can be returned to the package. That's what I did... I cut slots in the tops or sides to access the contents so I can replace them and store the package on it's side. Works fine!Best Deals for Inkadinkado Stamping Gear Set
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This deluxe set includes jigs, 2 round and 2 oval, a unique stamp block for cling stamps, and a nice little variety of stamps to use with it. The jigs have a textured bottom pad that help to hold them in place during use. They have tab openings around them to allow for measured placement of a stamp image to create a pattern. The "hollow" jigs have tab openings on the inside and outside, making them two jigs in one. There are some great examples on the box to inspire your creativity. The included stamps seem to have one or more images that coordinate with the individual stamp sets that are also offered in this line. I found the quality of these tools to be excellent, well thought out , easy to use and easy to clean up. After playing with the set for a while, I found I wanted to try some designs with a substantially smaller image. I tried the block with a variety of my other cling stamps. They all worked well. Besides stamping frames and patterns, I found I could use the jigs to place words and letters in a circle or oval around another image, as on a greeting card. I did make two revisions to my set. I used a sharpie and put different colored dots in the tab openings on my jigs. This made it easier to keep track of where my next placement should go, especially when I had to reink. I also used a ruler and put dots on the sides of the stamps, vertical and horizontal center. This made it a cinch to align a stamp image exactly squared on the block. I had been having a little trouble, especially with ornate designs, of eyeballing the image in alignment with the marks on the block. After pricing the individual components, I highly recommend getting the deluxe set. As soon as you try it, you'll want the other jigs anyway and the stamps included are not duplicated in the individual sets so you'll have to get this set to have them too. I probably won't be using this on a daily basis well, after this initial flurry of creative experimentation wanes, anyway but it has earned a place in my craft room repertoire and I can see that I will have lots of opportunity to expand on the effects I already am using this for. In the meantime, I have already purchased two more sets of the stamps as these can be used individually in addition to with the jigs. Great job, EK Success!Honest reviews on Inkadinkado Stamping Gear Set
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Let's get the packaging out of the way first. The presentation of what's in the kit is great. To look at. However, that was THE toughest package to crack open I've ever seen and the plastic edges become sharp. I was hoping to be able to store the pieces in the package but that never happened. They need to seriously rethink that packaging. I actually keep the 24 parts all in a plastic bin so they're together. I've seen these kits in Michaels but didn't want to spend the money for so many parts that I didn't know if I'd use. If I was more of a scrapbooker instead of a card maker, I'd probably use this more. But I like creating symetrical designs. Now I must say that Inkadinkado is one of my very favorite brands for stamps along with Hero Arts. The products are always well made and create crisp designs.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Inkadinkado Stamping Gear Set
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is a fun product in theory. It reminds me of a toy I had when I was younger where you use a stencil with markers trace the design, then move the stencil on the notches and trace the design again.First, the packaging of this product is terrible. I couldn't get the stamps or the wheel or anything out of the package. I was hoping that I would be able to reuse the packaging because I really liked the way everything was placed in there. You could see everything and it just looked really nice, but there was no way to get everything out without completely cutting and ripping apart the packaging.
Once you get everything out, the product is pretty fun. I enjoyed sitting down and creating fun designs, but most of the time when I am working on a scrapbooking project, I don't feel like getting everything out just to make one thing for a layout.
I do like that you can use other stamps with this to create an endless possibility of designs. It's nice that I don't have to only get the stamps that are created specifically for this.
