It is nice to start early this year for folks who seem to have everything and is not wanting anything for Christmas. This ornaments can be personalized by adding a special message e.g. all hearts come honme for Christmas---with the ornament attached to it.

I ordered this to make ornaments for my daughters, but I had a harder time sorting the colors than I thought. For instance, "palest coral" and "pale coral" are incredibly similar in color to "light peach." Some colors were barely distinguishable ("charcoal" and "dark grey") and even second opinions didn't help.

Some colors seemed to be missing while the kit included colors that weren't listed (6 yards of cream, not to be confused with 22 yards of white). The material seems to be an end piece, so I hope there is enough to make all the ornaments without having to buy any more.

The instructions don't include the assembly step (and there are no materials for hanging the ornaments...no ribbon, string, duct tape, anything).

It would probably be easier to buy the kits for individual ornaments.

I received this a few weeks ago, and I haven't had a lot of time to work on the ornaments yet. I've started the second one, though. They don't take long, and they are not overly challenging. They are cute when finished, and the charts are large enough to read easily. So far so good!

This is a grest kit, but colors are hard to sort they are not numbered, and the fabric I recieved in the kit was not satisfactory. I had to purchase certain colors due to them not being in my kit.

The kit includes items stated, but the thread is not sorted and the thread chart is not in color nor are the patterns in color. The color numbers are not all from the same manufacturer so trying to figure out what is meant to go where is a royal pain. I finally decided that I'd just chose colors on a per design basis and not worry about it. The patterns themselves look fine.
