I carry markers, and paper, with me wherever I go so I can draw at the drop of a hat. It matters in my work.

I prefer things like Prisamcolor, but they are a pretty big marker to carry around. All pen-sized markers I find have odd colors, limited selection, weird tips (no more brushes, please), poor ink, etc.

These are great. In every way. The dual tips are almost perfect sizes. A narrow writing end, and a weirdly shaped blunt end I had qualms about but in fact is the best thing ever. Like how you wish a Sharpie worked when not sharp, but it never does. The ink is the best part though. It's real, archival level ink. Never fades, never soaks or spreads, just goes where you put it with full saturation. And don't even talk to me about the colors of things like Sharpie. That's not black, these are black. And the colors are lovely and very saturated.

Until they are discontinued, this will be my go-to marker and my most suggested one for everything that does not require a permanent marker.

ZIG pens are really wonderful. The colors are clean and clear. The nibs keep their points. There is very little drag. I would recommend these to anyone.
