The air compressor needs to be described on the website more accurately. Had I known you could only run the tank for 10 minutes at a time before it overheats, then let it cool down for (a suggested) 15 minutes (actually takes longer), I would not have bought the product. The tank is a piece of junk and I didn't intend on paying such a high amount of money on something I couldn't spend more time working with. I contacted the seller and have not resolved the issue yet. Keep getting the run around. First I was presented with "are you sure you'd like a refund?", then "do you want store credit?" (NO!), and now the person in charge of that department is out of town until next week?! Horrible customer service, horrible quality products. Waste of money if you ask me. This matter should have been resolved the first day I had a complaint. I also did not receive half my order (they said they shipped it now for the second time, and it's still not here). I am very unhappy with TCP Global. I HIGHLY SUGGEST INVESTING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!
