Use them with a light hand, but nice quality for the price. A bit softer would have been more preferable for better ease in blending colors. Using for portrait work. A few of the leads were broken, making them difficult to stay sharp. Suspect this was caused in shipping.

These pencils are great for precision work. I definitely recommend using them with a layer of hard pastel to get the process and painterly surface going. Definitely nice for a pencil.

Best Deals for Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel Pencil Set of 24

I loved my set of 24 Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel pencils so much that I decided to order the whole range (set of 60) so I will have a travelling set as well as a set for the studio. These pastels have proven to be quite sturdy, I haven't had one break on me yet. I would probably rate them as a semi-hard pastel, but each pigment has it's own properties and some seem softer than others. They are great for small pastel paintings (5x7 and even 8x10) and excellent for detail work on larger pastel paintings. I would highly recommend these pastel pencils. Please note that these are not oil pastels/colored pencils but are a variation of soft (chalk) pastels.

Honest reviews on Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel Pencil Set of 24

They are great! Work like regular chalk pastels, but no mess on your fingers! Rich color, better to sharpen with a razor blade even though you can use a sharpener, it gets a finer line.

I loved these pastel pencils. I was only sorry that I had only bought the 24 count set. They truly are buttery smooth going on and then when using blending stumps...oh so smooth and beautiful.

I highly recommend this brand of pastel pencils...but be smarter than me...buy the largest set you can afford. There simply were not enough colors to do much of anything...at least for the things I was needing. But a really GREAT product!

Best Cavallini Decorative Stickers Vintage Maps, Assorted Deals

Customer Ratings:

These stamps are matte finish and visually, they're not crisp or clear. The colors are dull. They're kind of cute, but I would not recommend them. They're just a novelty item that has little historic or art value.

I love how vivid and bright these stickers are, as well as the excellent quality. They arrived quickly and as described, they're thick and stay put. I recommend it!

Review of Aunt Martha's Iron On Transfer Patterns for Stitching, Embroidery

Customer Ratings:

Aunt Martha patterns are some of the best on the market. I do machine embroidery and they are easy to digitize and stitch out. There is more variety than I have seen anywhere. For the money you can't beat the quality.

Enjoy!!!

There was one sheet of Southwestern designs. This is not at all what I expected in a variety package of kitchen stencils to put on tea towels. It was also way overpriced. Make your own from clip art or create your own if you can't find another source.

These transfer patterns are really excellent and I like them very much. I would recommend them to other people and friends.

My first experiance with this seller. I was sent the wrong merchandise and when I notified the seller, they immediately issued me a refund for this item and I was very please with their acknowledgement of the issue. I reordered the item that I had requested and it was received within 3 days even tho i opted for the standard shipping. I have been using these transfers and have found them to be very good and plan to use the rest of the transfers and towels that I have ordered. All seem to be very good quality and the transfers are of a variety that I could not find in our local stores. I was very happy that I was able to find the motifs I was looking for.

I would recommend this seller and these transfers and the towels also.

I just received these and am happy with the variety of the designs. Ordering them on line saved me a lot of time that I can put to better use relaxing and reacquainting myself with this old form of artistic expression. Teach a young person this skill today; you will be remembered fondly by them for years to come.

Best Kemper 6 Inch Ribbon Tools "r1, r2, r3, r4, r5" set of 5 tools Deals

My daughter order this for me but I did not get Kemper 6 inch Ribbon Tools set of 5. I got a no name set of 6 wire tools. This is no even close to the Kemper product.

I think this small kit has a great mix of different shapes for different patterns. I actually use them for carving 3D pumpkins, but they would work spectacularly for clay.

I bought this for my sister-in-law for Christmas and she really loves them a lot. The delivery and price were also very reasonable!

Honest reviews on Kemper 6 Inch Ribbon Tools "r1, r2, r3, r4, r5" set of 5 tools

Can't complain too much. Don't use ribbon tools that often. Tried to used these for pumpkin carving as suggested on a few websites. These tools aren't quite tough enough to use for pumpkin carving. The skin makes these hang up a bit. Once you get the skin off they will cut the pumpkin flesh fairly well.

My lack of skill with ribbon tools doesn't equate to losing a star. They seem like they would work excellent for their intended use with clay.

Cheap Sewline Gift Set With Case By The Each

Customer Ratings:

4 stars instead of 5 stars? Just based on the price, everything else about this product is great. I also purchased the lead in every color available as well as an extra pencil. The pencils are heavy duty. Because of the prices, I wanted this box or some box to keep everything together so I wouldn't lose the pieces.

My first review of this product was good but after using the products I have come to realize you are paying for the pink plastic box which you can get at any Home Office or Staples store. It has a couple of good pencils, but the eraser and glue stick can also be bought at an office supply store. Not worth the price.

Sorry for my previous review if I misled anyone.

This is turning into one of the best buys I've done lately. I was interested in the 3 color pen, and it is nice; but I am also happy to have the full size eraser and the other colors in box. A fun and useful set of utensils.

This set is very nice and usable. The only recommendation I would suggest is that some red lead be included.

I have been looking at Michael's, Joann's and Hobby Lobby for the Series 3 package of Jacquard's Pearl Ex but could not find it. So I found this one on Amazon and I am soooo excited about this series.

I have Series 1 and 2 (which I bought in store) but Series 3 is the best. I tried all the colors last night and the color selection is AWESOME! All of them are such great colors---Carbon Black, Mink to use for Brown, then those beautiful grey lavender and reflex violet, then pink gold, sky blue, pumpkin orange...man...really nice! I only wish they had the rest of the interference colors in here too---since they only have 2 of the interference colors on Series 1 and none in Series 2 or 3. But ALL the colors in Series 3 is very nice!

Can't wait to make cards using this series!

The air compressor needs to be described on the website more accurately. Had I known you could only run the tank for 10 minutes at a time before it overheats, then let it cool down for (a suggested) 15 minutes (actually takes longer), I would not have bought the product. The tank is a piece of junk and I didn't intend on paying such a high amount of money on something I couldn't spend more time working with. I contacted the seller and have not resolved the issue yet. Keep getting the run around. First I was presented with "are you sure you'd like a refund?", then "do you want store credit?" (NO!), and now the person in charge of that department is out of town until next week?! Horrible customer service, horrible quality products. Waste of money if you ask me. This matter should have been resolved the first day I had a complaint. I also did not receive half my order (they said they shipped it now for the second time, and it's still not here). I am very unhappy with TCP Global. I HIGHLY SUGGEST INVESTING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

They are in very good quality.

I purchase them for my painting class. I have been pairing for ten year, and I would recommend this brush set for both beginner or advanced painter. Personally, I like to use soft brush. This set is soft but also easy to control. They are not shed. Everything is perfect!

The handle also long enough to hold.

Great item in great price!!

Martin/ F. Weber Bob Ross Master Paint Set Review

The Bob Ross Master Set is sold at retail for $100.00, and you can often find it for less. The person trying to sell this kit for $412.00 is a con artist (pun intended), and anyone who would pay that is stupid!

I am a Bob Ross Instructor, certified by the company, and I highly recommend the Bob Ross Master Set to anyone who wants to learn the Bob Ross wet on wet technique. It gives you the tools and paint, and a 1 hour DVD. You will need to purchase an easel and canvas separately.

Pay no more than $100.00 for this set, however. If you pay more than that, you are getting scammed! Do some research (bobross.com is a great place to start) and see for yourself. If you purchased the Bob Ross Master Set at the right price, congratulations. You are on your way to painting happy trees with Bob, and you will not be disappointed.

I started off painting with this set 5 years ago,but there was no DVD or tape included. It is a brilliant Starter set for anyone who wishes to learn the Wet On Wet Technique. As I am self taught, this set can only give you more encouragement to Oil Paint the easy way.Thank Heavens I got the best Gift ever.I sell my Original Oils on Canvas and I will never look back.Brilliant for beginners and advanced.as Bob used to sat "the only thing holding you back is imagination" but believe me Imagination will kick in.Go on.. Buy..you won't regret it.

Best Deals for Martin/ F. Weber Bob Ross Master Paint Set

While Amazon is selling this set for considerably less money than the local big box art stores in my area, it is not a complete set for what you need to follow along with Bob Ross and his videos. To paint almost any of Bob's paintings (including the one on the DVD in this kit) you will also need to purchase Prussian Blue, Dark Sienna, Yellow Ochre and Indian Yellow paints. In the instructional basics part of the DVD, Bob also recommends having a #3 fan brush, #6 filbert brush, 1" round brush and a #5 painting knife, none of which are included in the beginner kit. While you could definetly get started with the tools in the kit, I am very disappointed that all of the paint colors required to paint the picture in the lesson included are not in the kit, and I have to still go out and buy them.

Honest reviews on Martin/ F. Weber Bob Ross Master Paint Set

This set is a great price for the quality and quantity of the paints, brushes, and detailed instructions.

I bought this as a gift for my mother so I haven't used the product myself, but she loves it! Also, this is much cheaper than you will find similar sets on the Bob Ross website.

What a great starter kit for anyone who wants to start oil painting. Trust me, you don't have to have any special artistic talent to discover the "Joy of Painting" using this kit. The Getting Started DVD thats included with the kit will help teach you the basic "Wet-On-Wet" technique and Bob teaches you how to paint a beautiful painting using just the materials that are included with the kit. After you do just one painting you'll be hooked and your friends and family will be astounded by your new found talent.

*Note* First time artists still need to invest in an easel, palette, canvas and a way to clean your brushes.

This particular die, 2011 Heirloom Ornaments, can make the most beautiful Angel Wings. Follow this link to go to a website called Amazing Paper Grace by Becca Feeken (I hope I spelled that right) and you can see exactly how to use these dies to create beautiful Angel Wings. If you go to You Tube and type in her name or Amazing Paper Grace you will find many more great videos by Becca. She is a creative genius and uses many different Spellbinders dies in making her fantastic cards. There are no better dies on the market than Spellbinders. I love them all. I have tons and want tons more. Every time they come out with new ones I want them. They have dies for almost any user. I make greeting cards and do paper crafting with mine, but they would be equally valuable to scrapbookers as well.

I purchased this product to make Iris folding templates using the leftover negative. Because you can position your die in any position on your paper, the negative works great for Iris folding templates. Size of paper used depends on your die cutting machine. I then used the cut-out ornament on cards thus leaving no left over scraps. I found that the dies cut very well and they work perfect for both of my projects. I have also found that this product works on many different die cut machines making it very versatile.

Speedball Linoleum Cutter Assortment 2 Reviews

I like Speedball Lino cutters and blades. They do a good job. That is why I decided to buy a couple of extra handles and sets of cutters. I am a longtime very good customer of Amazon, and I always read the product description very carefully. When my "Speedball Linoleum Cutter Assortment 2" arrived yesterday, I was very surprised to discover that it DID NOT INCLUDE "two each" of the 5 blade assortment, as described in the product description, but rather only ONE set of the 5 blades. Unfortunately, Amazon does not bother to link its customers, (no, not even loyal, longtime, Prime customers) to some type of customer service that can help with this kind of false product description, so I guess I'm just out of luck. All I can do is warn others that you only get one set of blades with this item, NOT the two sets described. If that doesn't matter to you, go for it. If it does matter, then shop somewhere else where they care about keeping their customers.

The product is fine except the description states that there are 2 each of the cutters 1, 2, 3, 5, 6. I only got one of each cutter but both handles.
