I have to honestly say I only learned one thing in this whole video that I just really hadn't paid attention to on my own. That would be how the color numbering works for copics. It only has a few projects to choose from and they are not worth watching. There is just a quick basic view of someone completing the project while another monotone man describes that "you can paint a box with them", "you can paint an edge to scrapbook pages with them", "you can color art with them". For the price I paid, I expected many more details on the markers themself. I can learn more on youtube or onther online sources for free. I was very disapointed in this product.

the one I bought doesn't work well on a Brother SE400. the inside part of the hoop doesn't fit too well and makes the material not tight enough in the hoop.

I got these to make jewelry with. Some of the pieces I use in charms and such have sharp edges and need to be filed down. These are definitely up to the task. They've also been up to some other, non-jewelry-related filing tasks (like filing down some sharp corners on a Martin's cage). These weren't very expensive and they seem to be pretty good quality. I'd definitely get them again if the need ever arose.

Best Deals for HTS 101H0 6pc Needle File Set jeweler's Metalsmith Tools

These files are very good for the price. As previous reviewers have commented, these 5 and 1/2 inch files are not as fine cut as 4 inch jeweler's needle files. The teeth are regular file teeth, not the rasp type burrs you see on wax files and not the fine grains you see on diamond files.

They are just coarse enough to use as finishing files for wax carving and fine enough for first cuts on copper or other soft metal, which must then be finished with a finer tool. They also work on soapstone and clog up on it no faster than anything else I've used. I wonder why they have the plastic handle covers? I hold files close to the tip which makes handles redundant, and since a plastic handle cover picks up filings I always take it off. But for less than six dollars that is no problem!

See this list for other sizes and types of file. List is just for illustration purposes, I've not bought any of these from Amazon, but they look like other type files I've used, bought from other places:

These are a very nice set of files, they are probably a #2 file, surely not a finishing file set. I was hoping for smoother. Quality is nice, rubber handles stay on and easy to pick up.

Picked up a set of these up at the local art store, to try something different. I've tried a lot of different brands of lining markers, and these are the only ones that hold a candle to microns. Great quality, nice crisp lines, and the nibs don't seem as fragile as microns. Will definitely buy these again. Seem pretty reliable so far, which is a must have in the work place. Seem to hold true to the copic reputation.

I made the mistake the first time to use this in my house. I knew it required some ventilation so I worked by the window with the fans no. I didn't expect it to be THAT stinky. Hard to describe the smell but it lingers in the room/house for DAYS. The pieces came out clear. However, I learned that if you do it in layers and you have color in your last layer, be very careful. The pieces will shrink a bit in the mold while while curing. If you are not careful, your last layer may cover the first few layers if you move the mold or wait too long to pour the layers (and it runs down the side of the mold). The second time I used it, I must have used too much catalyst because the piece got EXTREMELY hot and cracked the crack ruined the embedded piece (and I could not take it out). I had set up the mold outside in 90+ degree heat. I followed the number of drops from the back of the can but should have reduced it based on the outside temp.

The Easy Cast Epoxy resin is so much easier for me to handle. I just have to make sure to use equal amounts and stir set amount of time. Only sad thing is you can't do deep layers with Epoxy you have to wait for one day for the layer to cure before pouring the next one.

I would have liked to have seen the product better in the first place. I don't think I was able to see the sticker content real close up. I didn't care for some of the rub on transfers. Product is very average in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend this product to a friend.

Cheap Ranger SUD321-6 Melt Art Heat It Dye Inks, Brilliant Gems

For transparent color, you can add these dye inks to melted clear UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel) or to melted beeswax. You can add a little or a lot depending upon the intensity of color you want...but the color stays transparent. You can also mix dyes for other colors; for example, the citrine and sapphire will get you a shade of green. For opaque colors, you can either add a bit of white UTEE into the mix OR you can use the varieties of colored UTEE that are available. I usually use the dye inks because I find the UTEE colors to be a bit limited; although they do have several nice metallic shades. The dye inks will sizzle a bit when you put them into the hot UTEE in your melt pot but just stir them up and they'll be fine. These dye inks also come in a 3-pack called Organic Gems and a 3-pack called Luxurious Gems. I would generally buy this sort of stuff at my local craft store using one of their 40-50% discount coupons, but they haven't carried it in our location yet.

Review of Knitter's Pride Nova Interchangeable Knitting Needle Sets

I decided to finally purchase an interchangeable set after getting tired of moving around my collection of fixed circulars. These are all around great needles. Sharp but not too pointy that you're splitting your yarn. The joins with the cables are sturdy and smooth. I have not had issues with the yarn catching onto them. The tips attach securely to their cables and the cord stoppers work as described. They included a cord key with each of the cables but I have not had to use them. Simply twisting the tips onto the cords themselves works to secure them.

The joint ends do not spin however. I know this can be an issue for people who often get kinks in their circulars but this has not been an issue for me. If you want interchangeables that spin on their cables I would suggest the Addi set or the HiyaHiya sets.

Overall, this needle set has performed very well for me. If you're looking into purchasing your first interchangeable set, I would highly recommend these as an economical and effective needle set!

I got these needles today, and I couldn't wait to start working on a new project. I am a new knitter, I have been knitting for about 4 months now. I started on metal needles, and I like the feel of them better than wood or acrylic. They work very well, and they are very smooth. I also got the chunky set, which I have not used yet.

Only con is that this set does not come with 16" cord for hats, but I ordered an extra cord separately.

I also read that these needles and cords are interchangeable with KnitPicks. If I decide to upgrade later on, I am glad I can use these cords. :)

I was just using needles that I found from Micheal's, I do like these soooo much more! Only thing about them is that a few of the needles need to be rethreaded. The threads on the cables sometimes don't match up very well and you have to spend some time forcing the cable onto the needle. I actually kind of ruined one by trying to use pliers to hold it still (because they are a soft metal the needle was scored and dented.)

But all in all I love these needles!

I bought these for my outdoor dining table candle holder because regular candles melt in the heat of the day. I also bought the Wilton candy coloring so that the color would mix with the candle oil. The candle sticks are great! They just fit the bill for what I wanted, but the coloring settles in the bottom of the candle after a while, so they are not colored-looking. But the candles themselves are great!

Very unique candles, they look amazing. We purchased these for our wedding, and can't wait to use them all. We used one as a test run, and so you know, the wick must be cut very low to get a normal flame and pretty much burns out in about 6 hours, which still leaves a bunch of oil in the bottom. Over all, 6 hours is a long time, and they do look great. Also purchase a mini funnel to make filling easier. Shipping was super fast, and I have no complaints. Would definitely do business again.

This is a winner. I bought the Mundial set first. The 8" Mundial scissors were much better than stainless steel to me. The small scissors didn't cut "worth a flip." I bought these paints to decorate the windows at my husband's store. They applied very well with a sponge, but looked awful when applied with a brush. However, I also used them on a cardboard sign used for a decoration at my church's Vacation Bible School, and they did a wonderful job. I was a bit leery at first, because I thought some of the colors, particularly the yellow, were going to need a second coat, but once they dried they were as bright as can be. Overall, I would recommend these paints.

I bought these paints to use for a blacklight Halloween party... they were perfect for what I wanted! They dried fast on the black paper... I think tempura is supposed to be washable... Let's hope so because we got it absolutely EVERYWHERE. Anyway, I am satisfied with my purchase. However, the selection of colors left us with basically a three-color palate... the blue glows well, the orange/yellow color turn out to look almost exactly the same (bright green), and the red and pink turn out to look EXACTLY the same (orange); the green DOES NOT GLOW AT ALL in comparison to the other colors. Perhaps they would glow differently under different blacklights? Would I recommend this product? Probably not; it worked well but I'm not sure it was worth the 30 dollars since I only got three colors.
