I have to honestly say I only learned one thing in this whole video that I just really hadn't paid attention to on my own. That would be how the color numbering works for copics. It only has a few projects to choose from and they are not worth watching. There is just a quick basic view of someone completing the project while another monotone man describes that "you can paint a box with them", "you can paint an edge to scrapbook pages with them", "you can color art with them". For the price I paid, I expected many more details on the markers themself. I can learn more on youtube or onther online sources for free. I was very disapointed in this product.

Cousin Precision Comfort Needle Nose with Cutter for Jewelry Making Review

I do a lot of jewelry that requires a lot of tricky bending. The grip on this is not only perfect for what I need, its the only kind of shape that can do some of the more critical bends I need. I just have one major problem... the metal on this isn't nearly strong enough. I've owned three of these in the past two months, and not because I love it so much, because it breaks so damn easy. The ruler comes with a little booklet on cardstock with basic advice for using it. I'm a math person, so I find it really easy to use and understand, but I can see how it may be confusing for others. I also bought Marti Mitchell's book that goes with it, which is good and helpful, but it arrived later, and I was impatient. I recommend the book for ideas, but wait until you get it! I just started buying fabric, which ended up being very foolish as I loved a different pattern than I thought I would, which made my purchases unuseable.When it comes down to it, the ruler is great and the book is helpful. Go for it. I will make lots of kaleidoscope quilts in the future, they are fun to cut and make. The book has instructions on how to keep the block flatter where all 8 pieces meet, but I find it a bit confusing, I'm probably not doing it right, and my blocks are still a bit bulky.

I purchased this set of transfers for a niece who absolutely loves horses. I am making items for her room (a hanging wall sorter, a chair cover, a throw) using the transfer patterns as embellishments to the items. The hand-sewn work is always appreciated by people who receive gifts like this from me, and it is so easy to personalize and place the transfer exactly where you want it on the item. Best Cuttlebug Emboss A2 Deals
The Cuttlebug embossing folders are the best of all worlds. They emboss cleanly, can be used in most larger die cutting machines and they're inexpensive. I use mine in a Sizzix Big Kick. They are plastic folders with a positive image on one side and a negative on the other. Sandwich paper between, put it through the machine and voila! You have your image
The area the larger folders cover is a quarter sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper, just the right size for a small card or a panel on a larger card. This particular design looks good as is or colored in with chalk or markers.
The most dynamic method, however, is to use a brayer to ink the negative of the folder, insert the paper and roll it through the machine. What you get is the raised image the color of the paper and the background the color of the ink. It is gorgeous.
Some of the most effective uses come from embossing white paper and doing nothing at all other than adding a sentiment or a couple of embellishments. It can be quite elegant.

I use this for my cards. I take a strip of paper the same length as the die but larger in width, emboss it, then cut the width down to the size I want, and glue it onto my card. The result is fantastic. If you try to emboss the card itself, it leaves a faint edge indention that may bother some that's why I emboss with the width larger than what I need. I get a lot of positive feedback from people when I use this embossing folder as a background on cards. I find it versatile enough to not get old. First I use it as is, just emboss a light piece of card stock and complete my card design. Second, I emboss a piece of card stock and sponge a coordinate color ink lightly over the top of the raised letters for more dramatic look. But my favorite way to use this folder is to emboss Color Core cardstock and then sand the raised image to reveal the color "core". This folder creates exactly what you see written words. I think this looks better on brown or goldish toned papers. Looks like and old piece of a journal. Royal & Langnickel Gouache Paint, 18-Piece Reviews
I must admit, I expected these to be lesser quality than they proved to be, and while they definitely aren't anywhere near higher priced paints, they are still useable. These are very bright/pigmented (especially the magenta and yellows) and I've found many uses for them. The only problems I've run into is the tubes seem to be a little too under pressure, and even after a few uses I find opening the caps will result in more product squirting out than needed. While I can handle that, some of the colors are gritty. Particularly the dark blues.. I've had visible grits of paint that refuse to dissolve show up in washes. Not cool! For the price, I can't complain a whole lot but I think for those just playing around or trying new things, or for personal purposes such as art journaling these would be good.
Another downfall would be that the package they come in isn't really good for storing them.. I threw it out and have since organized them in another way. The brushes they come with are of decent quality, though. These are definitely worth the current price tag of around $8, which is why I'm torn as to rate them three or four stars. Three, I suppose for general opinion and not in relation to their price or anything else.

My daughter used these for her Calligraphy and Illumination class the variety was great, brushes usable, and the paints performed well for a beginner. I realize there are better quality paints out there but for the price we paid, this product was stellar!Wednesday, September 10, 2014

100 lb Picture Hangers, Supports up to 100 Pounds, Set of 10 (10 Review
We have a lot of pictures, paintings, and just simply "stuff" hanging on our walls. I am constantly hanging, rearranging adding and removing. The task seems to be endless. Due to this I have stashes of these hangers of every different size I can lay my hands on in my storage units. I hate it when I have a project and do not have the stuff I need on hand. I have been using these hangers, one size or another, for years now and have never been dissatisfied.
Do not that these hangers are rather large and the nails that come with them are large. If you are a renter (we are not), then you need to be aware that when you remove these you will have a significant hole in the wall which will need filler.
These hangers work on the old plaster walls, sheet rock and wood. They are stout and while I have no 100 pound items hanging from these I do have some pretty heavy stuff. I use these large hangers for my arrowhead collections which I have framed with heavy wood and glass fronting. I also have several antique guns hanging in my office and antique swords. These hangers, along with wire, are ideal.
I recently purchased another pack of these things to replenish my supply and I must tell you that I was a bit miffed when I came here on Amazon and found that by using my Prime I could have saved myself about 1.25. That is not much, I grant you, but every cent counts these days. This is a mistake I will not be making again.
Anyway, this is a good product and does the job you pay it to do.

My 8-year-old really enjoyed this while on vacation. Everything fairly easy for her to do. Paint-by-number presented somewhat of a frustration because it required a little more thought, but she got the hang of it. Fun to do if your child enjoys art.
