This is a must-have item for someone who owns the Carl rotary trimmer. The blades are easy to change out and cut with precision. I use the various shapes for scrapbooking. I keep my trimmer handy and use it to cut borders and frames and to trim photos. I love the look of the different shapes on my pages. I highly recommend this product from Amazon.com who had the best price.

The Quilt Magic 12" x 12" Cat's Meow Kit comes with everything you need to make a quilt that doesn't require sewing. It comes with a foam board that has the design precut into it; an outline of the design with numbers so you know exactly where each fabric piece goes (sort of like a paint by number kits); pattern pieces to match the fabric to and cut out (the pattern pieces are also numbered to match the design you've been given). The fabric is also included and there is more than enough so there is no fear of running out. Finally, there are detailed instructions as well as a color picture that you can check to make sure your finished project will be perfect.

The Quilt Magic 12" x 12" Cat's Meow Kit is a quick easy project to make that looks really nice when it is done. I like the fact that no sewing is required I can sew but I'm not particularly good at it. While it does take some time to cut out the pattern pieces and fabric, it really is a quick project that could probably be done in an afternoon (I do it in little chunks of time as my hands start to hurt after a while from using the scissors). It is very easy to tuck the pieces of fabric into the foam board and if you do make a mistake it is easy enough to pull the pieces out and start over again. It is very easy to know which piece goes where having both the pieces of pattern and the design itself numbered helped a lot). The only difficult part of this kit was having to draw whiskers and complete the eyes on the cats but the kit comes with a stencil and detailed instructions so it really wasn't that hard at all.

I was so excited when I got this in the mail. The colors are lovely and so much fun to bring my drawings to life. It is a great perk to motivate me to draw more often and improve my sketching skills. You will get a feel of how to use them, it also helps to search youtube for some demos on how to shade with them and other lovely effects. This is a great set if you are new to professional quality markers. You to find out which shades you like and use the most and can order them in bigger sizes. The only thing is that there isn't a great skin color marker, like if i wanted to give a character light to medium skin, or especially ivory skin there isn't really one. The lightest is sort of a creamy pinkish/peachy one. Other than that I love them. I wish they could be just a bit cheaper, but they were worth it.

These markers are well worth the price. The colors are rich, and the ink blends nicely. Not to mention they are able to be refilled and the nibs can be replaced. These are perfect for manga artists.

I bought these brushes at the same time I bought some others here on amazon and these came in second place. These brushes are just ok, the heads on mine were a little loose and the handles are chipping as I use them and wash them. They still work pretty well and I have not had any loose hairs coming off on my canvas. I use these with acrylics and am painting on canvas and wood. I probably will not buy these again but they were not terrible.

I just want to add my voice to the chorus of positive reviews here. These pens are wonderful, fast drying, and the multiple sizes allows me to adjust to the writing space I have, as needed.

I saw where someone complained about the tips leaking... But I think it has to do with how you remove the cap. The finer pens have flimsy tips, thus you need to be cautious when removing the cap. If you remove it to fast and at an angle that impacts the tip, it may break the base of it and cause it to begin leaking. You can avoid it, for the most part, by popping the cap at the base BEFORE removing it, and then sliding it off as straight as you can. Also, avoid placing the pens in the sun.

They write well, particularly on slick surfaces. They have a good flow on porous paper. They are acid free. They are versatile enough to use for other purposes other than scrapbooking. They are one of my favorite pens for the last ten years.

The red pen is a strange orange color, but the pens DO NOT SMUDGE which was reason #1 for ordering this brand. The pens took a few seconds of writing to start working but write well, and legible. LOVE the purple color.

Update 10/3/13: Just went to use these pens today to make a small note card to accompany my guestbook... NONE of the pens write. 0/5. VERY disappointed, wish I had waited to leave my feedback until after the wedding but glad I tested them again before the big day. I am VERY disappointed right now. Hoping I can get a refund or new set of pens.

I found one of these markers several years ago at an office supply store and had been unable to find more until finding these. I use them on freezer bags, mailing labels, masking tape, anything with a slicker surface when other permanent markers sometimes smudge. These do not. They come in both fine and medium point. I would have liked to find a multi-pack of all fine point black ones, but these are serving the purpose.

This set is extremely convenient in the way the files fit inside the tube, it is also a bonus that the files can be held by the tube making the job of intricate filing easier on your hands. The only downside was in my expectations, I had a really small area that I was working with to file and the files from this set barely fit and one of the tips actually broke. But, they are far more useful than not. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing smaller files.

I bought this for my niece, she loves Monster High. Overall I'm not really impressed about the product. She opened it Christmas Eve and instantly starting drawing. The markers that are included in the set are horrible and cheap. The black and brown pens were completely dried out. The pictures that are displayed on the cover show drawings used from colored pencils. If you are giving this as a gift I would suggest including a pack of colored pencils to go with it. Besides the markers being useless the rest of the set is somewhat creative. The tote is made of plastic and cardboard. There is an assortment of stencils that have many different types of clothing and accessories to draw. The paper in the notebook already has a silhouette outline of each Monster High character, all you need to do is add the clothing outlines and color. This is not the best gift I have ever purchased, and I defiantly paid more than it's worth.

Very fun a creative art kit...The only flaw would be the markers that are included. I would also purchase more durable higher quality markers. Besides that it is a load of fun to design outfits. Very creative time consuming product will keep your tween busy for quite a while :)

Got this for my daughter's birthday and must say I'm quite disappointed. First, the description says tote. What it really is is a cardboard accordion file with handles. Second, the markers were dried out. I'm giving the product a 3 because the design pad that comes with it is really nice and she loves it. That's the only good thing about this and honestly, I could have purchased the pad separately for a quarter of the cost. I did it this way so she could have the tote. Now I'm out the money for this plus I need to go find her a Monster High tote because we promised her one for her birthday.

Very disappointed in this product because it is all about creating your own art and the pens do not work. They were dried up upon arrival. I would return it if I could tear it away from my daughter who just got it for her birthday, and has been drawing in it nonstop. Basically have to use other pens, and we paid $18 for what amounts to spiral bound photocopies and a file folder that may not last.

I use Progresso color sticks as well as a variety of others in my art. They have vibrant color and they're not too 'greasy' so its fairly easy using blending 'ink' and torchons provided you do so gently. I started on a new piece the day these arrived . They're woodless so expect them to break if you're not carefull but I usually break them purposefully then take the broken pieces and use them in pencil extenders.It allows me to use them more confidently since im not worried about them breaking inadvertently and I still am able to sue just about ALL of the pencil piece up. My question is why are these sets of 48 not readily available from a variety of sources? I got my set from CzechArtSupplies through Amazon but there are no other vendors selling them...at all! Whats with that? Ive no problems dealing with CzechArtSupplies BTW and will purchase from them again confidently but youd think there would be other sellers,even local art stores would be carrying them.

Whatever , The product is good and worth getting your hands on....but you better act soon, Theres no telling how many more sets CzechArtSupplies has and I just may grab them for myself....nothing like stockpiling supplies. :)

With my eyesight deteriorating more than I ever thought it would, this headset has been awesome. I may look like a dork wearing it, but I am a dork who can completely see everything I am doing, and doing so with sufficient lighting. I don't know how this headset compares to higher-priced ones because this is the first and only I have owned, but once I figured out some of the parts/features, I realized how smart of a purchase this was.

At first, I was a little upset when the headset kept falling on the bridge of my nose and it hurt. Then I realized if I tightened the silver knobs on the sides, the headset no longer fell on my nose. Imagine that?!

Same thing with the loupe magnifier -it kept falling in front of my sight even when I didn't want it to. I only had to tighten the screw to fix this problem.

Now, if I really read the description thoroughly, I would have remembered that it said that it had an adjustable light and magnification. I owned the headset over a month before I realized this.

I wanted a magnifier that didn't take up table space and that didn't require me to hold in my hand. It never entered my mind to consider a headset but it was the best decision for me once I did some research. I use my headset to work on my laptop and jewelry when I have to take them apart or read the small print. I also use this for sewing/threading my needle, which is one of the reasons why I plan to purchase one for my mom.

Since my eyesight is just poor, period, I have also used the headset when working on my nails and searching for ticks on my dogs. I would rather grab for the headset than my handheld magnifier since the headset provides additional lighting which I do not always realize I need until afterwards. Also, the headset keeps both my hands free.

This is great for anyone working with tiny items, someone with poor eyesight, or anyone who doesn't want to strain their eyes on tiny items/print and inadequate lighting. I have found my own uses for this product but I am sure there has to be more.

I am a middle aged aircraft mechanic who is beginning to have trouble with my eyesight. I ordered 2 of these, one for home and one for work. The plastic, binocular lenses work great for use at 1/2 arms length. There is a secondary, flip-down binocular lens inside the hood which doubles the magnification and halves the focal length. Turn the round loupe lens into the right eye's line of sight and you have a near microscope! The head band is one hand adjustable to a variety of noggin' sizes. (Almost everyone at the hangar has tried it on.) My only complaint would be that the two knobs one either side which hold the hood in position could be larger and hold better, but if you crank 'em down, they're OK.
