The fairy and star decals are more colorful in person, and are sticking to the walls without any issue.

It is not evident in the photos, but the decals have a little bit of sparkle in the material.

The decals have an overall shiny finish, which is something to consider, because they do tend to reflect the light. Most decals I have tried are matte. However, it is not enough of an issue to return them.

I would recommend this purchase.

I bought these ones at the dollar store, and 3 years later they are coming off easily, without affecting the walls paint. I am pretty sure it will depend on the kind of paint!!

The edges did come off a bit during the years... but since at good height, no chance for kids to peel off.

I am trying another design same brand now... since I had a good experience with this first.

BUT IF YOU ARE CREATIVE YOU CAN PUT THEM ON A PAINTED PIECE OF PAPER AND HANG THAT UP AS A PICURE.... IT DOES LOOK CHEAP, FYI AND IT IS NOT WORTH FOUR BUCKS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN GET FOUR OF THOSE FROM THE DOLLAR STORE.

I couldn't settle on a color to try with my printmaking students, so I bought this assortment instead. Nice colors, even coverage with a brayer. We did foam tray prints and monoprints using tin foil and a Q-tip and both printmaking techniques worked well with these inks. Not permanent, but they do clean up well. I'll buy the Speedball inks again.

This is not for the impatient painter as there are some pretty detailed and small spots, but it is fun to do. And a very pretty painting for framing and hanging. I don't agree with the other reviewers. I found these dies to be extremely flimsy and bent upon the first use in my Cuttlebug.

I also find they don't make clean cuts, even after running it through the machine a few times with the right plates.

What's more, these "rectangles" are not shapped properly for card making. The width times length ratio is not right. They are too long and narrow. I was going to use them for card fronts and they're just too narrow and long for the standard 5 1/2 x 4 1/4" card front. If they cut better, perhaps they'd make okay tags. But then, my paper trimmer could do that just as well.

I have plenty of Spellbinders, Sizzix, Cuttlebug and older Quickkutz type dies and those all work fine. What a waste of money these were and they weren't a good deal at all for $24 if I can't use them.

First, these have many graduating shapes versus Spellbinders where you get far fewer dies for the same price. Second, they're great in tight places for very exact cuts (when saving paper or layouts are close together). Third, the graduating shapes allow easy, precise layering. Fourth, this provides, for my machine (which most people would have) the largest die that will fit.

Thought about giving just four stars just because they are a bit flimsy; although their thinness is what allows them to store compactly?

This pack is a great way to stock up on Playdoh. It may be cheaper in local stores, but on Amazon the various multipacks of Playdoh are roughly the same price per ounce, except for the Play-Doh: Case of Colors, which costs about twice as much per ounce. The breakdown:

Play-Doh: Case of Colors is about .52 per ounce (20oz at $10.50).

Play-Doh Classic Colors Assorted 4 Pack is about .25 per ounce (20oz at $5).

Play-Doh 24-Pack of Colors is about .26 per ounce (72oz at $19).

Play-doh Mega Pack 36 cans is about .23 per ounce (108oz at $25).

I like the smaller cans, because my kids are hard on Playdoh and I like to be able to open a little at a time. Hope this helps!

I routinely play with Play-doh with the three grandkids that are 3 to 4 years old. By that age they have quit eating the stuff and aren't so old as to have lost interest.

This is the ideal sized container. The larger containers have too much doh for small hands.

This is a great set of colors. Some of the colors (like black, brown, and white) are hard to find in smaller sets.

I don't buy the sets that squish the doh into shapes. Although they tons of fun, the doh gets stuck and hardens and you end up discarding the squishers. I buy cheap sets of cookie cutters, plastic cutting boards, one large good rolling pin, and lots of devices to cut and roll (be creative).

Too keep the doh moist, occasionally add a 1/2 tsp of water to all the cans and let them set for a couple of days.

I have 7 young children that were kept amused for several hours thanks to this mega pack of play-doh. Even my 2 year old, sat at our dining room table for TWO STRAIGHT HOURS making various pretend foods and flowers and trees. Play-doh is a classic. It's great for fine tuning gross motor skills in young children, while capturing the imagination for children and adults alike.

Would I buy this again? You bet.
