the product is "Cousin Precision Comfort Needle Nose with Cutter for Jewelry Making" and I am very happy to have bought it. The handle is actually more comfortable to hold than the standard symmetrical pliers. With time I will probably replace all my tool to be these agronimical handles.

I do a lot of jewelry that requires a lot of tricky bending. The grip on this is not only perfect for what I need, its the only kind of shape that can do some of the more critical bends I need. I just have one major problem... the metal on this isn't nearly strong enough. I've owned three of these in the past two months, and not because I love it so much, because it breaks so damn easy. It's the perfect design for making difficult bends, but the materials are just not strong enough.

I bought these knitting needles to use as mandrels for winding wire for making chainmaille jewelry. I have a winding tool that fastens onto the end of the needle and a handle that lets me wind easily. The knitting needles are sized by millimeter which makes it handy to make rings of specific sizes. And if I ever decide to go back to knitting, I'm all set.

These pens will ruin your chalkboard painted wall. You can not get the imprint off. You will have to repaint. And the company agrees that they won't work on chalkboard paint on walls. Too bad they don't warn you on the package of their very expensive markers.

Unless you have a very hard surface like a porcelain on steel board or a manufactured, baked surface, or a semi-gloss painted surfaceyou will always have that issue. Chalk paint is very porous and not hard so it is something that will need a regular touch up. It's the nature of the material.

These are my all time favorite chalk ink markers. They last a long time and the colors are pure and bright. The one star rating should not be counted because the web-sight says that they do not work on chalk board paint painted walls. They work great on every other surface that you are allowed to use them on and they then come off easily with water. I love this product and I think that anyone else would too unless they use them on surfaces that they are not made for.

I have small chalkboards outside my dorm room door and these worked perfectly and haven't been difficult to erase when I use a damp cloth. Not sure what kind of blackboard it was, but it's a good quality. Of course, the black and blue were almost useless but the other four in the set were fine.

Love the markers, love the product, have bought them for several years. I use them weekly for marketing chalkboards at a pub, advertising weekly specials. Am a bit put off because there are now two different photos of this product. The one on which I based my decision showed black, white, red, blue, yellow, white, and pink. When the markers arrived, there were white, red, blue, yellow, green, and orange. Would very gladly trade in the orange and green for the black and pink, as I use them far more often. Would be useful to have amazon's photos match up with the product. There is nothing in the description which mentions colour selection might be different.

Used for a college ministry retreat to paint on plastic. While this took some effort it did work. We didn't expect our "creations" to last and they didn't as the paint flaked off after it dried.

I love these foam kits! My kids (ages 4) can spend hours with these. They have made signs for their bedroom doors, cards for teachers and relatives, and just art to hang around the house. The stickers are easy to use-my kids can peel the backs off and stick them onto the foam themselves. There are a lot of pieces so it lasts quite a while-definitely worth the price. I think this would be a great activity for a birthday party.

I'm new to machine embroidering and was looking for a thread set to get started with that had a variety of colors and good thread weight quality. I priced this set out at a chain fabric shop and the same set here on Amazon was much more affordable. (This set actually has 250 more meters of thread.) The thread itself is smooth and sews really nice with no breaking or fraying. The colors are vibrant and there is plenty of thread for many emroidery projects. The year was 1956, and I tore up some of my mother's magazines and created my first collage. It depicted St. Francis feeding some doves, and the paper was adhered to the cardboard from a shirt package with Elmer's Glue-All. The little saint did not survive my many travels, but several pieces from the early '60 are alive and well, without a single piece of paper unglued, thanks to Elmer's. Elmer's is the only product I know of that has never introduced a "New and Improved" version of itself, because the formula is perfect, and cannot be bettered.

My work since that first effort has evolved and become much more elaborate, but the glue remains the same. The only time that I experimented and tried a different product turned out to be disastrous. I have used Elmer's for thousands of collages, most of them using paper, but also petals and leaves, and fabric. I own a piece I did in 1983 constructed of lettuce leaves and hibiscus petals, with Elmer's doing its duty and keeping it as good as it looked 22 years ago.

Elmer's Glue-All "Dries Strong, Dries Clear," and is "Safe, Non-Toxic." It has a very faint smell that is barely perceptible and not unpleasant, and is water-soluble, and can be used on porous materials (paper, cloth), and semi-porous (wood, pottery). Buy it by the gallon, or by the 4 OZ. container, and you will find that Elmer's does the job, and passes the test of time.

Elmer's Glue All is much, much better than Elmer's Washable No Run School Glue, 4 oz. (E304). It is more tacky has a stronger hold. It works especially well on paper, but it glues other substrates, also. The other day, I used it to glue plastic and Mylar together. Elmer's Glue All comes out opaque white, but it dries clear. That was important, because the plastic was clear, and I didn't want a white mess. The two pieces are still holding together.

I tend to use different glues for different applications (wood glue for wood, glue sticks for paper, etc.). When I am in need of glue and nothing else is available to suit my needs (or maybe I'm just plain out of other glues), I always have Elmer's Glue All on hand to the rescue. It usually does the trick.

It says these are to be placed on your needles, but for the life of me I don't see how that's possible without breaking them. Maybe I'm just dense.

I had previously bought a stitch counter, which looks identical to the small one in this set, but it's not. When I tried to use it, on my 2.75mm and 3.25mm knitting needles, which I normally use, it just slid off. It does however fit on my 4.00mm needles, but I don't use those very often. I couldn't find anything different locally.

I'm glad I decided to buy this set the smaller counter fit's all 3 sizes of knitting needles, I just mentioned, and my 5.00mm needles. The larger counter also fits on my 5.00mm and 6.50mm needles, it's a bit of a push on the last one. This set works with all the needles I use. It's very rare for me to use needles larger than 5.00mm, the larger sizes never get used, but I tried the counters on them for this review.

The large counter fits on my 6.50mm and 7.50mm knitting needles, but not my 10.00mm needles I recently bought for a project. That's OK though, I decided not to do it! I'm very happy with the stitch counters. Now I don't have to keep track of my rows and stitches by writing them down on paper.

These counters arrived quickly. They do the job, but the numbers do not click into place like my Boye counters. In fact, if I'm not careful, the counter will change count. So these are A-OK if you treat them gently.

The pencils work great, but in my set the softest pencil had a design flaw. I think the glue they used to connect the two halves of the pencil together was too hard, or too much. Whenever I sharpen the pencil, it catches on that glue seam. Because the "lead" is so soft, that jolt tends to break the charcoal just within the wood. This leads to never-ending (very, very careful!) sharpening, and a pencil that I probably only got about 25% use out of.

Pretty decent set of tools for the money. You get eleven tools, ten have wooden handles with tips on both ends. The eleventh is a metal handled wire brush tool. The variety of tip shapes is adequate for most sculpting work although IMO a few of the tips are a bit too large if you're doing small items.

I actually bought these to use as pumpkin carving tools, and they worked out very well. Pumpkin rind can be quite tough, so I imagine these would work well on clay, as well. Can't beat the price, given how many tools are included.

I ordered this item to carve the kids' pumpkins. They were not sharp when they came in, but I sharpened the ones that I used, and it wasn't a problem. These tools worked like a charm! I have never carved detailed pumpkins before, and with these tools, they make my work look like a pro's work! I carved my kids' favorite characters on their pumpkins. I did not cut through the whole thickness of the pumpkin. I just just carved out the skin and shaved some of the pulp out both from the inside and out. The tool set also has a "shaver" that is normally used for small clay pots. I used that small shaver to shave the inside of the pumpkin to make it thinner so the light will shine through the carved out pattern. The result was absolutely amazing!
