look closely at the picture before you buy. I already own the Dream 1 set and was looking forward to acquiring Dream 2. However, upon opening, immediately noticed the thread compartments aren't labeled with the thread numbers as they were in the Dream 1. In fairness, the description doesn't claim to have them nicely labeled as Dream 1 . . .but I'm deducting a star for the added inconvenience of having to make 104 labels with my P Label.

Best Maya Road Tell Your Story Singleton Stamp Deals

Customer Ratings:

This is a great little stamp set from Maya Road. I love the clear view so that you can see where you are stamping. The typewriter image is retro-adorable and I am using it for making my own note paper & for a quick business card with a hand-made indie look. The word stamps are an added bonus especially since the font they used has that vintage typewriter look.

This is a must have stamp for any crafter/artist or anyone who just loves a cool, well made stamp.

This was exactly what I needed. I lost one of my hooks in midproject, and was worried about changing hook manufacturer or style. So, I ordered the same set I had been using. No problem!

These are fabulous and fun. I don't know when I have had so much fun crocheting. Great for teaching my granddaughter.

I was somewhat disappointed with this item. I purchased two packs one in each size range. The packaging appeared a bit old

and some of the lettering was worn off. The hooks themselves were quite difficult to remove from the plastic sleeve, having stuck to the plastic. When I removed them parts of the size markings remained on the plastic. Some of the hooks themselves were quite rough around the hook area and did not appear to have been smoothed off. I needed to use the size 4mm hook for a project that I was working but after only 3 days use it snapped in the middle!. I am a very prolific crafter and have other plastic/Acrylic hooks that I have had for several years and have had no trouble with them.

Honest reviews on Crystal Ice 12415 Crochet Hook Pack

You should be careful with these. They are kinda delicate. I tend to crochet a little too tight and the size G one broke in the middle of my first project. I got those gel protectors for the other ones and it was a bit better. I bought these planning to take them in my next vacation trip.

I have purchased this item twice and I'm placing another order. I have not found this spray at my craft store. I have used it on acrylic craft painted surfaces, silk flowers, sea shells, plastic, wicker, ceramics, metal, glass, etc. I recently painted an old desk white with aqua drawers and used this spray as a top coat. The desk looks new and the white and blue just glows, many compliments. This spray gives a beautiful shimmer on all my craft projects. I compare it to buying a pearl paint like Martha Stewarts white pearl craft paint or Folk art metallic white. It can make any color look like pearl paint with just a light spray, can add another coat for more shimmer.. It has a pearly sheen like a sea shell, Not a glitter look and does not change the color that you spray it on. I have used it on sea shells and now they have a iridescent glow. I highly recommend this spray to add a pretty pearly sheen/glow on many surfaces. Try it, you'll love the look!

Spellbinders Floral Flourishes Review

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $19.99

I have to start by saying that I'm very picky about what types of die cuts I purchase. This is all mostly due to the fact that I have a distinct style and if I can't imagine myself using a die, then I simply won't buy it. However, this was a special release from Spellbinders because it is not only very affordable, but truly versatile. This set I purchased to make masks for my art (like the Tim Holtz ones). This actually works really well for that idea alone. Purchasing one mask set from Tim Holtz is about five dollars on the internet. Purchasing this template set is a better deal. You get more shapes and when your mask is ruined, simply cut it out again. Of course, this doesn't mean I won't use these for decoration too, because I definitely will. This adds a beautiful old fashioned flourish to any piece and if you especially like altered art, florals or anything Victorian, then this set is a must have.

There is only truly one con with this set altogether; it is hard to cut. I own the Sizzix Big Shot and I rolled it through twice and it doesn't cut it perfectly. Since the flourishes have a lot of intricate loops and swirls, the paper and the die tend to get tangled and then mangled when you try to pop them apart. I recommend using the tip of an embossing stylus to get the paper loose. However, I'm not very happy that it takes a lot of effort to get the paper out. This template only really works with cardstock and the heavier weight the better. I tried these with 65lb cardstock and got pretty good results; 110lb or 120lb would be ideal, but tell that to the local arts and crafts stores (as they don't sell any). Anything less than you average 65lb cardstock, it will get ripped by the template when you are pulling them apart.

All in all this is a minor glitch and I suspect that with enough use, I will get used to taking it apart. I remember I had this problem with other dies that were too intricate. I did get plenty of use out of them and I also got some great results. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this set again because the design is very beautiful and definitely eye candy.

I absolutely LOVE the swirls these dies make! They are just big enough for A2 (4x6) size cards! They are gorgeous on spellbinders 3-D boxes! I made a 192 cards for a women's event at church and put these swirls on every cardI cut them from glittery paper. They were gorgeous and added the elegance the cards needed! :) I used a set of crafting tweezers to help get the papercut out of the diesometimes they stick after cutting, its not a problem if you are careful, or as spellbinders recommends, use wax paper between the paper and the die. Happy Crafting everyone!

These pencils color and mix beautifully. I would highly recommend them. They come in a metal tin. They last a long time.

I bought these for my homeschooling children to use for their schoolwork. For my eight and nine-year-old, some of the work involves coloring pages from Dover coloring books; anyone familiar with these coloring books knows that the drawings are elaborate and detailed, and crayons would never do. My nine-year-old daughter takes great care with her coloring, and enjoys experimenting with blending colors so I thought she would enjoy the variety of color this set affords. She has enjoyed these pencils immensely but we have had a little trouble with them. One, the grooves in which the pencils lie in their tin are shallow, and the pencils sometimes all slide out when the tin is being moved, or the top layer is being lifted from the bottom layer. Two, the diameter of the pencil is such that none of the three sharpeners we owned would sharpen these pencils. One of our sharpeners is a standard electric sharpener that we have relied on for quite some time without issue, so I was surprised. I had to come back to amazon and order the battery powered Derwent sharpener; this has allowed the pencils to be sharpened so that my children can enjoy them again. The third thing is that in trying to sharpen the pencil, one of them snapped. The force being used was not tremendous so I would caution the buyer to handle these with care. Definitely not for younger children--if purchasing for children's coloring projects I would recommend a minimum age of six or seven, and if the child is immature, even older. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would buy them again.

been doing this art form for about two and a half years now with my lovely wife Pam in southern Iowa. I've only

seen these products online though. But the quallity is out standing in everyway. We enjoy doing grateful dead

designs and have pictures available online if you might like to see them? The grateful dead "Uncle Sam" is on

two levi jackets back sides and a "Bleeding Skull" is on the back of a levi shirt. This product is highly

recommended by us both. Thank you very much..

Cheap Spellbinders Wizard Nestabilities Dies, Classic and Standard

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $79.99
Sale Price: $61.34

The Nestabilities work great once you fiqure out how to use them with your particular die-cut machine. There are no instructions on how to use the product. But once you get over this hump, they work great cutting all of the shapes included.

They DO NOT EMBOSS however until you buy an embossing pad. Again no instructions so you have to figure this out on your own.

Then there is storage. You need to keep them organized (there are over 100 dies, over 20 in each 4 count pack) but all that is provided is double faced tape to hold them down on cardboard. The tape eventually wears out but in some cases the individual Nestability can be bent due to the force needed to get it off the tape the first time.

Overall the product seem to be in its infancy and needs some improvements to instructions, long term storage and possibly initial packaging. But I am willing to pioneer on!

I've been contemplating purchasing these as separate sets for awhile, and when I found them as a "package" deal here on Amazon, I decided to go for it.

You get 4 coordinated sets of dies. The circle die sets contain 7 dies each, and between the two sets, you can do matting with 1/8" borders. The scalloped circle sets contain 6 dies each, and again, you can do 1/8" matting. But when you combine the two sets, you get a ton of matting possibilities. Layer a circle on a scalloped circle; layer a scallop circle on top of a "plain" circle -with varying border widths.

I use magnetic sheets to store these (Spellbinder Magnetic Die Case combined with ArtBin 6979AB Magnetic Die Sheets, 3-Pack -I use a separate case for my "shapes" nestabilities-style dies (circles, ovals, flags, tags, etc.), so they're always handy and ready to use.

At the time I purchased these (February 2013), the price was excellent for the 4 sets. Definitely happy with my purchase.

I am continually impressed by the high quality of Bucilla craft kits. This kit was very fun to make and had clear instructions and the parts were easy to use. The kit made adorable little holders, I used them to hold little treats and gifts rather than silverware. I think almost any age could make these items, from about age 8 on up, with proper adult supervision. They would make a very fun project for a scout troop around the winter holidays. But they are also a fun project to help get into the spirit of the holidays...

Reviews of JHB International 361202 Kristal Wick Toggle Collection, Scroll

Customer Ratings:

The product dimensions are listed as 3.5x2x.2 inches. I was really disappointed when I opened this and found that those are the measurements of the cardboard it comes on. In reality, the stick piece is a little more than an inch and the leaf is a little less than an inch. Maybe I'm new to toggles, but that's just plain misleading. I did indeed measure the cardboard, just to make sure I wasn't being crazy and sure enough, 3.5x2. So, while it's lovely, it's certainly not what I was looking for. It does seem to be very well constructed and the color is nice. But it's a little guy. :(
