This set is amazing for about 10$ shipped you get 18 pencils, 2 erasers, 3 blunders and a knife. The moldable eraser is faber castell and the regular one is roma. The pencils say marko and were like. .. pencils! The pencil holder can be used both ends and seems well made.

The case is really good canvas and faux leather trim. It folds up nice and round, a little thicker (about 3" dia) than I expected. But when you roll it up, you can imagine it going into Indiana Jones satchel. Assuming Junior was a wannabe artist.

The only quibble I have is the mix of pencils you get 4 each of 4B and 2B, but no 2h, 4h or 5h. Easily remedied, but would have made the set complete without a trip to the local art store. There are free slots for extra pencils though.

I just got this in the mail and have not actually made the bumper covers yet but I can already tell that this is going to be great. What could be easier--the pads are pre-cut to the exact size you need and there is a pattern included. There are also many great patterns online for using these as well--just google until you find what you want. I just wish I had been afforded this option when I made pads for my babies many years ago. I can't wait to see how it will look in my new grandson's nursery. :)

I've made the covers and the pads look great. This is a perfect product for the baby crib.

I purchased this product to make bumpers for my grandson's crib. I followed a pattern that suggested using this product. They arrived as described and were easy to cover. I did not use the enclosed pattern although it was similar to the pattern I was using therefore I cannot evaluate the pattern that came with the bumpers. The bumpers fit the crib perfectly when completed! They are thin bumpers and allow for easy access and viewing of a child/infant.

Picked up a set of these up at the local art store, to try something different. I've tried a lot of different brands of lining markers, and these are the only ones that hold a candle to microns. Great quality, nice crisp lines, and the nibs don't seem as fragile as microns. Will definitely buy these again. Seem pretty reliable so far, which is a must have in the work place. Seem to hold true to the copic reputation.

I create greeting cards and I just love the effects of the Shiva Oil Paintstik gives when I use them with stencils. It is absolutely beautiful! It actually looks like an oil painting. It requires very little work when stenciling and I plan on using the Shiva Oil Paintstiks with many of my stencils. It has a very slight smell from the oils but you have to put it up to your nose to smell it. You don't need a lot of the color on the brush and it goes a very long way before needing to reapply more color. I am extremely pleased in the results that I get. Well worth the price!

Everything that comes with this kit is nice and perfectly usable except the wire cutters and snips. The tips of the wire cutters are nicked and dull after ONE DAY of use on thin jewelry wire, and I have yet to successfully cut anything with the snips.

Pros: Nice case. I'll probably keep using the case as I replace tools that wear out. Good for travel. The 2 pairs of pliers are fine, mid-to-low-quality pliers. You don't really need much more from round-nose pliers, so I imagine they'll last the longest. The little drawer things are nice, and pretty convenient.

Cons: Tools are made of soft metal, so cutting surfaces wear extremely quickly. It would have been nice if a metal file were included. There's even an extra hoop for one.

The rounding tool is the best quality. The pliers are a rough finish so they will mar your metal. The wire cutter doesn't cut that great. I actually use an angled nail clipper to cut the wire. So, personally, I would purchase more quality tools separately and in stainless steel. If you do buy the set, coat your pliers with tool magic or just put electrical tape on the inside surface so it doesn't dig into your metal. Good luck.

When I bought The Beadalon 7 peice tool kit no where in the description did it say that I was buying a used kit...When I opened my kit the first time I was disappointed to see that all of the tools were dirty and had strange smudges and finger prints all over them. Their were even a few random hairs stuck on the tools. Who ever previously owned this kit tried to re wrap the pliers in plastic. Inside of the plastic was an smelly oily mess and the wire cutting pliers shows signs of HARD use. I am never one to write a bad review but I really thought anyone thinking of purchasing one of these kits should know what they are in for. Even the insignia on the outside is dirty...

The numbering of this kit is somewhat confusing. It appears that the numbers were handwritten in the spaces and some spaces aren't numbered, while others are numbered and don't have that color paint. However it is a fun kit to improvise on, and the inside of the packaging can be used for practice. The picture is pretty when completed.

This is an inexpensive and very nice all metal set. If you have sat on a plastic barrel pencil you will know the value of a metal leadholder. I do have a concern however. As an artist I generally require archival(non-fading) colors, and as no information is given, I may decide to fill each with a different hardness of standard graphite. In either case the set is great. The sharpeners are obviously intended for fieldwork away from the drawing table lead pointer; since the set can fit in a pocket and has a durable metal case this is somthing I will carry around.

I have used many lead holders: Carandache (Swiss made), Standler (Germany made)all excellent, but for the price this Kooh i Noor colection is excelent. Metal body, sharpner, nice finish, trust me you don't want to pay $25 for a Carandache when you buy with $35 6 lead holders from Koon I Noor.

I'm not an artist, but my mother is and she recommended this brand. These pencils are GREAT for note taking. The sharpener is screwed into the top of the pencil, which makes getting a nice point really simple. The leads are nice and thick, so they never snap. My mom wants her own set.

These mechanical pencils are great. I did not know they came with the lead already in them so that was a plus.

They also arrived in good shape and in a nice little tin holder with an eraser as shown. So product is good.

My only complaint was the shipping was slow. I ordered on Aug. 22 and just got my package today Sept. 6th.

This set of six 0.2 mechanical pencils with sharpener built in is excellent set. Kohinoor is a reputed company in drawing equipment business. It took a while to arrive from Czech republic. The set is in excellent shape and came with a metal case. The colored leads are great. I may not use them immediately as I will be drawing using graphite leads(black and white). The mechanical pencils do not have clips. It would have been nice if they came with clips. Overall it is a useful set and if you are thinking of drawing using pencils it is a good substitute.

I bought this kit for Mrs. Spudman so she could repair two coats, one hers and one mine. When she eventually decided to tackle what she thought a formidable fix, she was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the fix. She would like more gold colored zippers in the mix, but there are plenty of zippers in the kit from which to choose of various sizes. The trick is to find one that fits the piece of clothing in size and color. In this kit are zippers of black, silver , and gold.

In short, the kit works and we wouldn't hesitate to buy another should the need arise.

It says flat out in the instructions that zippers with broken boxes/pins CANNOT be fixed. This would have been handy information to include in the product description for those of us who are not zipper experts. In my experience, the box (the main bottom part of the zipper on the slider side) falling off is the main reason WHY a slider comes off, so I really question the usefulness of this kit. I suppose if you're just dealing with a broken tooth or a missing slider with the box still intact, this kit may work for you. Otherwise, it is a waste of money.

I'm giving this high rating because the manufacturer, ZRK Enterprises, went the extra mile. They have a Zipper Rescue Hot Line, and I called it, because I had two jackets to repair, and the kit did not have the right size slider for one of them. Apparently it is an off brand, made in Taiwan, with a non-standard zipper. The zipper rescue lady went to the trouble of mailing me an assortment of odd-sized sliders at no extra charge, and sure enough, one of them fit. I'm mailing the rest of them back. These people take zippers very seriously. If you have a zipper problem, they are the ones you can turn to.

I was able to repair 2 garments with this kit. My friend recently paid $20 to fix 2 zippers. I saved money doing it myself and felt a good sense of accomplishment. The original sliders were actually the exact same size, brand and color as the replacements and were rather easy to put on. I would have liked directions that were a bit clearer, however. I had to play around with them until I got it right. I realize that it's not a bad idea to save some sliders from discarded garments. Now that I know how to replace sliders, doing so would be a snap, as long as one has the correct replacements.
