Cheap Lantern Moon Rosewood Crochet Hook Gift Set in Silk Case

I ordered this set of needles as my first Lantern Moon purchase. The reason I have it a 4 out of 5 was because of the price. I loved the elegant handcraft design of these needles at each end. The wood color is just beautiful. There are no splinters of wood hanging off to snag the yarn. It glides on and off smooth. Each hook is labeled with Lantern Moon and the hook size. The smaller sizes are very delicate feeling, so I plan to store these in a tiny plastic container when not in use, but the case it comes in is made with a silky fabric and zipper closure. Also very elegant. I hope to be crocheting with these for many years to come.

I bought this set for my fiancee and she LOVES it. It's become her prized possession. The crochet sticks are apparently a little longer than usual, reducing the fatigue on her hands where normal-sized sticks jab into the back of her hand. They also feel wonderful. I bought a small set of soft pastels on a whim not too long ago, and instantly fell in love with the medium. I wanted more colors to work with and a friend suggested Loew-Cornell as the brand to start out with. I must admit, I was a little hesitant to try these at first, as they were much cheaper than the more respected artists brands, but I'm glad I spent my money. THe colors are bright, and the pastels themselves are quite smooth. I would definitely recommend these for the beginner pastel artist.

Absolutely no cushioning inside the tight-fitting box so many sticks broken in pieces, some smashed. Disappointing, but for the price I guess this is what you get.

I actually purchased the Loew Cornell Soft Pastells to use for under painting. They have a very large variety of colors and make very good pastels for under painting. They are firm and do not have as much quality pigmentment as some top grade pastels. For the beginning artist, they are an excellent and affordable beginner's medium. For the intermediate and experienced artists, they make a great under painting medium or are great for mixed media art. They definitely meet my needs for under painting.

I purchased this product as a gift. I have to say that while the product works for its purpose, I was a little disappointed when it was opened there were many pastel sticks that were broken and some in small pieces. I have seen it in use though and the large array of colors are quite nice.

The pastels are decent but the box is a disappointment.

Pieces of wood just come off the hinges and it falls apart. You may have to glue the pieces together yourself.

I must not of read this good for I was assuming youd get different tips..these are all the same tips.pointy.ill use them for taking my tracing paper and rubbing these on the bck to transfer it to watercolor paper..so im not happy about getting only pointy tips and nothing else..cant say ill buy them again without being in a store to see what im getting.

Scupley Bendy Bracelets Kit Reviews

We got this as an activity for our 4 year old's birthday party. The first bracelet we made was a disaster, crumbly at a touch and so disappointing. The directions were brief and not helpful (20 min for 1/4"....not terribly clear for someone who's never done this before!) and we baked it for 20 minutes. Not good.

The second try went much better we formed the bracelet better and cooked it for 7 minutes only; it was perfect. There is a slight odor while baking, but not terribly unpleasant. The bracelets are a little more rigid than a store-bought one but held up nicely to gentle tugging and slipping on & off. Things we'll do differently next time: find a better way to attach the seams, smooth the edges (probably with a file after baking), use rubber stamps pre-baking to ensure straight & smooth letters.

Overall, I'd recommend this to others and will probably get it again.

I think this small kit has a great mix of different shapes for different patterns. I actually use them for carving 3D pumpkins, but they would work spectacularly for clay.

Can't complain too much. Don't use ribbon tools that often. Tried to used these for pumpkin carving as suggested on a few websites. These tools aren't quite tough enough to use for pumpkin carving. The skin makes these hang up a bit. Once you get the skin off they will cut the pumpkin flesh fairly well.

My lack of skill with ribbon tools doesn't equate to losing a star. They seem like they would work excellent for their intended use with clay.

Pretty colors. Texture on the front is frustrating for certain types of decorating. I do Zentangle which is drawing so I flip the card around inside out and make the smooth side into the front cover of the card. It still has texture, but not nearly as much. I will probably not order these again for Zentangle.

Cheap Ultra-Mini Set of 2 Easels w/ 2 Canvases 3x3" - Black

I found a couple tiny easels similar to this at WalMart but I wanted a bunch of them to make Christmas ornaments for family gifts. I found plenty in stock and was able to order five packages, total of 10 easels. These are actually nicer than the ones I found, the easels are painted nicely (doesn't look cheap or crummy) and the canvas is slightly bigger exactly 3x3". I used a gel medium photo transfer technique and made adorable gifts for my family and they are perfect.

Also, they arrived in two days. TWO DAYS. And I did not pay for rushed shipping. Fantastic seller, I couldn't be happer!
