I bought there kinds of oil pastel from Amazon to compare them. The other two were Pentel Arts Oil Pastels, 50 Color Set (PHN-50) and Loew-Cornell Oil Pastels, 60-Pack. The other two sets have about half the stick volume per stick as these and do not have a uniform a texture. These are the best buy of the three. I usually use a more expensive brand from Jerry's Art but because these are harder they sometimes come in handy.I like the quality of the pastels. I recommend it because there are endless combinations with these. I still am wondering, what are extensions pastels?
