Vintage Office Cavallini Set of 12 Decorative File Folders Reviews
The paper and printing quality of these folders is good. I got mine, along with the matching sticky notes in a tin, at Dick Blick. At that price, you probably don't want to fill your entire file cabinet with them, but they liven up the project support files on your desktop.
