These scissors are going into the junk drawer to be used for some odd job on which I don't want to ruin a "good" tool.

The "soft grip handles" are not comfortable. Additionally, the holes are sized for children or for the hands that manufacture them (in China). There is a burr on one edge, that I have been unable to remove. And the blades grind together.

I've been using these scissors for two years and they are still sharp. The joint is still tight (not like some scissors that get loose with age) and the blades cut swiftly and easily. I use them on paper and to slice open packaging on boxes. I also like the grippy fingerholds; I find them comfortable. Highly recommend.
