These little guys work great. We used them for some crafts my wife made on very thin wooden circles. The nails that come with it are about half and inch long, so we ended up super gluing these little guys to the back and it turned out really well. If I need more of these, I will buy this brand again.

You need a pair of needle nose plyers to hold the nails as you tap them. Once you know that trick, it is a piece of cake.

Made a plaque for my mom and wanted it to lay flush with the wall.

These did the trick nicely. Routed a recess across the center-line of the plaque and made a little notch on the "south" side of it to allow the head of a nail to be able to get under the hangar.

If you're having problems setting the nails in tight areas, just use long needle-nose pliers to set the nails in and then tap the nails in with a hammer and punch.

I thought it was unusually difficult to see the little brads & get them just right on the wall.

I'm sure they're terrific if you install them right.
