I have tried the Snazaroo face paints in the past and like them. I wanted to try my hand at some more involved face painting for an upcoming party so I figured I'd pick up these brushes by the same company. I tried them out when I got them and am very happy with the outcome. They clean off easily and they work well. I don't use brushes too often so I'm not sure what characteristics people usually look for, but from what I've seen I have no complaints :)

I hate paying for face painting when we go to carnivals and fairs. I decided that instead of paying for some stranger to paint my kids' faces, for the same cost I could purchase a book and some paint and do it myself. I bought Klutz Face Painting Book Kit. It came with some high quality paints and a book that walks you through some simple designs. These additional paint brushes are helpful in doing the more intricate designs. I'm not sure they are any different than brushes you might purchase down the street at the local art supply store, but I do recommend having multiple sized brushes when doing face painting.

These brushes are very inexpensive and are made well. They are very small and are only good for detail work. I am happy with them for doing small work and especially happy with how fair the price is for the quality. I only gave four stars on my rating because I thought they would be a little larger.
