We bought these to coat an interior window in a school and make it more private. It didn't function so well for that purpose because it was hard to peel big sheets of the clingy plastic and stick them on the window neatly, and it got drippy if painted directly on the window. But for smaller projects, it has been a roaring success at children's parties. Kids and parents have a great time and really enjoyed the resulting products. The small pens are a must... the big bottles only have a ketchup-bottle like hole in the cap and can't be used for detail.
The paint seems to stay liquid for a very long time-12-24 hours to dry.
