Copic Markers are the bset markers i have ever used to color in manga or just traditional concept art. They are alcoholic so they will bleed through the paper BUT this is easily avoided if you just place a couple sheets of paper under the page you are coloring. Use medium weight paper so your markers dont get sucked dry and so the page doesnt warp.
The colorless Blending Does come with this set, i didnt know this and wasted money on a sketch one.
i like sketch markers better BECAUSE the cap twist off easy and the labels are on top. for copic ciaos you have to pull the caps off AND they roll AND they hold less ink.
Copic markers Are refillable and a refill Cartridge can refill 1 pen i think it was 12 times for 6 bucks, thats like 50 cents a marker. i only use about half the colors (colors i got refills for) and im set.
You may be thinking "wow this product is overpriced" the initial 3 dollars a marker is pretty expensive BUT you can refill so its not like they will ever go away. make sure you buy the skin tone set too if you are drawing manga because this set lacks my favorite E050 and E 053 skin tones.
Just a tip for you artist out there. Dont use the blender on the eyes of a character unless the eyes are really big on the page. When i first got these i blended the eyes and it bleed out of the lines and now my character has redish pink eye in both eyes D:

The felt tips are great! They allow to blend really well. Just be warned they bleed on thin paper! So if using computer paper, be wary :) also, colors dry differently, so do test strips. Regardless, I love these!
